The place is really unique and is such a cool experience staying in a classic Lima house. Despite the house being close to 100 years old, it felt comfortable with all the needed amenities for modern day. The location is right in the heart of Barranco, close to many good restaurants. Juan was communicative and check in was really smooth. Overall wonderful experience

My friends and I came for a wedding, and we were blown away in every way! The house was beautiful, the accommodations were amazing, and it was just what we all needed. Thank you to Patrica, Luis, and Señora Cori for a wonderful time

Loved our stay here! Would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling Lima or Miraflores. Very central, quiet with an expansive view of the city up on the 10th floor. Very accommodating and quick to respond. We arrived at 5 AM and were able to get checked in by 6:30 AM without any issues. Will definitely stay here the next time I come to Lima.

Juan's place was wonderful. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, the sea, and parks. The unit was spotless and very comfortable. The unit is in a very vibrant area but the apartment was quiet and peaceful. I would stay here again.

Modern and compact apartment with a beautiful view of Miraflores. The space is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay — a cozy bed, strong water pressure, and a functional kitchen. The apartment is thoughtfully designed and great for both short and longer stays. Do note that the noise level can vary depending on traffic below or nearby activity from the church or school. During my stay, the building — which is relatively new — was undergoing some construction adjustments, which at times got a bit loud. Also, the fire alarm inside the unit unexpectedly went off a few times, including at night, though I imagine this is a temporary issue they’ll resolve soon. The location is excellent — walkable to restaurants, supermarkets, parks, and tourist spots. Very central and convenient. Despite the minor inconveniences, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Really amazing management team. They accommodated my last minute reservation. Super clean, most importantly. Nice showers. The washer also acts as a dryer, which I had never experienced. If you are a guest, I always suggest leaving a small tip for cleaning staff. Not expected of course. Kitchen was well stocked. Many towels also given.

Una excelente estadía en el centro de Miraflores. El edificio y el departamento muy limpio, además esta ubicado en una zona segura rodeada de mucho comercio a muy pocas cuadras.

I came back to stay with Rosa and Cesar again and despite only staying two nights prior, already I felt so welcomed at their home and celebrated upon my return. Their kindness and warmth is unmatched. As a solo female traveler, it goes such a long way to have that cozy sense of feeling at home with family. They even got to meet my family via FaceTime which felt special and helped my family back home feel at ease. Rosa and I had some fun adventures of our own and Cesar joined us for part of that as well. The value of the stay is incredible, especially with the home cooked meals for a fair price too. Despite being a light sleeper, ear plugs do the trick and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Rosa and Cesar feel like family and I look forward to staying in touch. Kay and I were very pleased to be close to nice areas. Important point to mention is the fact that the owner reacted very rapidly and professionnally when we requested assistance. If our health permit, we will go back next year to Peru and our first choice will be to go back at Laura Classic Homes Miraflores. Kay and Yves

Great apartment just close to Park Kennedy and right in the centre of Miraflores. Good size, and all the amenities you need for a week or so. Nice cafes and restaurants close by too. Would recommend! Thanks Cecilia!

Ricardo was an absolutely fantastic host. He was very proactive and gave very clear instructions on how to check in, use the electronics, etc. He even touched bases with us in the middle of our stay to check if everything was fine. His place was very clean and had a central location so it was easy to get around. One of the best stays we've had using this app!

Vinicio is a great host, as good as they get. Great communication, very accommodating to special circumstances and extremely friendly. Highest possible recommendation!!
