Central to everything in Sedalia. Wonderfully spacious 100-year-old home in older neighborhood. Walking distance to Katy Trail, Downtown Sedalia, Bothwell Hospital, drug store, grocery store, urgent care and only 2.1 miles to Missouri State Fairgrounds. House has three bedrooms. One downstairs and two upstairs in addition to a daybed located in downstairs sitting room. All amenities including a wonderful laundry room, stocked kitchen, and a huge fenced backyard. Very homey and tranquil.

Whether you are here for the State Fair, passing thru on the trail or the highway come stay and rest at our place. We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the east entrance to the fair as well as 0.5 miles from the Katy trail. We have a cozy two bedroom unit that can fit 4 adults and a kid on the couch. Hungry? We are located one block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurant. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.

Quiet country house on a wooded lot. Entire main floor of this secluded country home, with a covered deck overlooking woods, including outdoor dining and lounge. Come stay at our rustic modern barndo house! We have amazing sunsets and lots of privacy on our farm. The home features 18ft living room/kitchen ceiling, a master suite with large zero entry shower, loft with second bedroom room and bathroom. The loft has pool table and foosball table. The home also has a private 16x36 in-ground pool with deep end.
