Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pham Ngu Lao

Just the perfect place to stay in the heart of HCM City. Having a full kitchen and downstairs sitting area made the place feel like home away from home. Excellent WiFi that was perfect for a live interview I needed to do on Zoom. The bed was one of the most conformable I have experienced in Vietnam. Sadly, I had no time to enjoy coffee on the balcony as I was too busy using the office space to catch up on work between meeting. Thanks Derek!

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

Pros: It looks like a new or recently remodeled accommodation. The room condition and cleanliness are also very good. The host's feedback was also quick. There are only 3 rooms in the building, so it's private, and it's quiet even though it's near Group 1. This is a great place to stay for the price. Disadvantages: The water pressure on the 3rd floor is weak

It was a clean and nice room to stay alone. Apart from the inconvenience of having to go up to the third floor and the hassle of using a narrow staircase shared washing machine, I was very satisfied. The host was also friendly. It was so nice.

The location of this homestay is perfect. It's just off the main street, so not too noisy, and yet it's very central. The room was comfortable and clean and there's loads of communal space and corners to chill and have a coffee. The staff are helpful and friendly. I would recommend 👌

Strengths: The price is low and the location is good (10 minutes on foot to Bui Vien, 15-20 minutes to Bentan Market) Communication was good and the reply was quick. Disadvantage: I booked 6 nights and 7 days, but there are 2 large towels and some ants, so food should be cleaned up right away. Overall, I am satisfied.

Although it was a bit loud due to the area the airbnb was located in, it was still a very nice and roomy airbnb. For the most part everything was clean, I just think the floor in the living room needed some vacuuming! There were a lot of helpful amenities like a washer, hair dryer, iron, etc. The host was also very responsive and helpful when the bathroom sink handle didn’t work and fixed it right away. Overall a very nice stay!

A wonderful quiet escape from the noise and chaos of Ho Chi Minh City. Great pool on 21st floor with spectacular views. Sophia was very responsive to all my requests and her instructions to a foreigner who only speaks English were impeccable. Thank you. Highly recommended. Hilary

This French colonial-style apartment in Saigon is a gem—it is stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to give a distinctly local feel. The location is excellent, the price is very reasonable, and the fashionable interior adds a charming, authentic touch to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone wanting both comfort and character. I should also add the host was very kind and quick to respond. I wish I could have stayed here longer!

Kevin provided clear instruction for check in, the entire process was smooth and easy. The room was amazing and clean, with a spa just at the entrance of the building. Ordering food delivery was seamless and easy too. However, the washer is located at the roof of the building and it’s shared with other units.

The room was clean and in a great location, easy to get around to tourist spots. It was quiet and felt very safe, so I had a really good night’s sleep – the bed was big and comfortable too. The host was very lovely, friendly, and responded quickly whenever we needed help. Highly recommend for a nice stay!

This is a great stay for short term or long term! Everything you need and very clean! The hosts were very communicative and answered quickly. They were helpful if I needed anything as well. The location is central. Nice views, great A/C. Would stay here again!

Annie has a great place. Just like others have said, it is far above the bustle and noise of the city, and quiet. If you are looking for a convenient and centrally located place to stay in D1, this would be a good pick.

Overall, we had a happy stay. The apartment was clean and well-presented, with plenty of shops and dining options right below. The only concern was the steep and narrow staircase leading to the apartment—something to keep in mind if you're carrying large suitcases. In that case, it may be better to book the identical apartment located downstairs. We stayed in the upper unit, but overall, the experience was very positive and we’d be happy to return next time :)
