We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. I stayed with three friends, and the two-bedroom apartment was feel comfortable. The space was clean and airy, so really relaxing. The building has a gym and pool 👍🏻. The host responded quickly and support from check-in to check-out. Overall, a pleasant place for a short stay with a small group.

Super séjour dans ce logement idéalement situé, proche de tout et parfait pour découvrir la ville. L’appartement était propre, bien aménagé et parfaitement équipé pour passer quelques jours confortablement. Rien ne manquait, tout était pensé pour faciliter le séjour. L’hôte a été très réactif et disponible, ce qui a grandement facilité l’arrivée et le déroulement du séjour. J’ai vraiment passé un excellent moment ici, je recommande sans hésiter !

Our hosts were great! Very responsive and kind. The amenities were great too. If you are looking to book this place, be aware that it is fully outdoors minus the bedrooms. Can definitely get hot.

I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

Great spot, multiple month long stays there! Several local restaurants nearby with great food. Pretty close to a couple convenient stores and a bank for their ATM. Local coffee shops are all over. Can’t beat the location.

Ce grand appartement est agréable. Il est situé dans un quartier légèrement excentré mais reste pratique. La chambre est très confortable. Une bonne expérience pour moi.

On a été un peu surpris au départ par cette petite allée et ce logement atypique différents des autres, mais aussi très vite habitué. Le logement était propre bien équipé et bien situé et la communication avec l’hôte s’est bien passé.

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Thuy’s warmth and hospitality. she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even took the time to chat, which made our experience even more special. I had an excellent stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and professional—any issues that came up were handled quickly and with care. The location is ideal: central enough to access everything easily, but tucked away just enough to avoid the noise and crowds. The property is patrolled by security, so it feels very safe—great for solo travelers, couples, and families alike. Street vendors aren’t allowed on the premises, which keeps the area peaceful. There are several convenience stores and coffee shops nearby, and ride services can find you easily. It’s also just a five-minute walk to District 1 by crossing the bridge right outside to get to Saigon Centre, Ben Thanh Market, Walking Street, and other popular areas! I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Ich war für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Ho Chi Minh. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und man kann alles Fußläufig erreichen. Das Gebäude ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und nicht sehr sauber. Wenn man aber erstmal in der Wohnung ist fühlt man sich direkt wohl. Kleine, Saubere, gemütliche Wohnung, die alles hat was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch eine Waschmaschine mit 20‘ schnell durchlauf (sehr praktisch, wenn man seine T-Shirts schnell voll schwitzt) ist vorhanden. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich super wenn man es mit den Hotels in der Gegend vergleicht, die ein ähnliches Ambiente bieten wollen. Kann die Unterkunft empfehlen und würde sie selber auch wieder nutzen.

Loved it here. Check-in was easy, we’ve stayed in another one of their units before, we booked again! It was so clean and lots of space!! Will be booking here again in the future!

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.
