Pretty close to sand dunes. We came a little early so the rooms were not as clean as we wanted. The bathrooms are separate and not in room. Host offer scooter rentals and other options. Overall great value. Good for big parties.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, and the home was spotless. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Every detail was taken care of, and their hospitality made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay. Five stars!

Anh chủ nhà rất tận tâm và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ check in sớm. Quy định là 14h mới nhận phòng nhưng hôm ấy tôi đến lúc 6h sáng và đã được check in ngay lập tức ( nhà không có khách đang thuê). Nhà mới xây cực kỳ sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Cô dọn dẹp nhà rất dễ thương, cẩn thận và chu đáo có tâm. Khi tôi có vấn đề bất ngờ xảy ra, chủ nhà lập tức có ngay phương án hỗ trợ giải quyết rất nhanh chóng và hiệu quả. Không gian home thoải mái ấm cúng và mát mẻ. 3 phòng 2 toilet - gồm 2 phòng lớn và 1 phòng siêu lớn (sẵn toilet trong phòng) và 1 toilet bên ngoài. Giờ giấc thoải mái, hàng xóm quá dễ thương và nhiệt tình. An ninh rất tốt. Để xe hơi ngoài đường lớn thoải mái có camera và bác tổ trưởng vui tính trông. Giá cả hợp lý, ngay trung tâm. Nói chung chuyến du lịch các thành viên gia đình rất hài lòng với homestay, không có gì để chê. À có điều xin góp ý chân thành với anh chủ là anh ơi có gì mua thêm gương hay cái bàn trang điểm trong phòng nữa là hết sẩy con bà bẩy nghen. Tóm lại tuyệt vời!

I liked the house, it was spacious and the apartment was worth the money. Good Wi-Fi, if that's important to someone. Nice owner of the apartment and his wife. It was nice to talk to them. I'll come back here again.

Hanna is very proactive, she gave us lots of recommendations of what to do in the area. The stay was great for us. The house is clean, the beds were comfy and full equipped kitchen. We enjoy the neighbourhood as it is very convenient, and great for a morning walk. Strongly recommend Hanna’s place and will definitely stay again.

Quiet location in quiet compound. Need a taxi or bike to get around. Pool access 50.000pp. Nearest big supermarket is 15 mins by car, lotte. Bring lots of mosquito spray. Host provided coils. BBQ works well. Recommend taking a trip to white sands for sunrise.

부모님 모시고 5명이서 가족여행으로 놀러가서 숙소 사용했는데 너무 넓어가지고 편하게 쉬다가 왔습니다. 부모님은 물론이고 가족 5명 모두 대만족했고 무이네 놀러가서 모르는거 호스트님께 물어보니 친절하게 모두 대답해주셔서 많은 도움 되었습니다. 아침 같은 경우에는 호스트분께 말하면 메뉴 사진 보여주시고 주문하시면 다음 날 숙소로 원하는 시간에 가져다 주십니다. 오토바이 역시 1일에 9달러(200,000 vnd) 였는데 호스트분께 말하면 렌트해주십니다. 체크인 3일 전에 체크인 안내보고 그대로 따라하시면 체크인 역시도 수월하게 진행됩니다. 정말 편하게 머물다가 재밌게 잘 놀고 갑니다. 진짜 좋아요.

Mọi thứ đều ưng ý và có 1 kỳ nghỉ vui vẻ thoái mái, lưu giữ kỷ niệm cùng gia đình . Chỉ lưu ý là khi check in nên kiểm tra đồ dùng theo nhu cầu,để tránh liên hệ trễ thì nvien đã về . Mọi thứ xứng đáng hơn so với giá thuê. Chắc là do bên app có ctrinh khuyến mãi.

Great place

A pretty good experience at the Novaworld Phan Thiet villa. The villa has a beautiful Indochin style, very clean. The swimming pool is right in front of the villa. My children can enjoy playing at the Novaworld parks. The BBQ party in the evening is very chill. The host is very friendly, also supports buying Novaworld park tickets at a good price, the housekeeper is enthusiastic. If we have the chance, we will come back. I recommend you try staying at this villa and you will not be disappointed.

Chúng tôi đã có một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời và lý thú tại Villa Thiên Ngọc. Villa rất sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp, các phòng đều trang bị các tiện ích đầy đủ và sang trọng. Quản gia nhiệt tình, chu đáo. Cám ơn đã cho chúng tôi có một chuyến đi tuy ngắn ngày nhưng thật trọn vẹn và đầy đủ.

Villa mới sạch sẽ, chủ nhà thân thiện , gần các công viên vui chơi giải trí ,gần hồ bơi, gần bãi biển, thích hợp cho một gia đình đi du lịch , tôi sẽ quay trở lại nơi này. Khuyến khích bạn nên đặt chỗ ở đây

Host rất nhiệt tình, tâm lý khi bật máy lạnh sẵn cho khách check in. Đi xa tới vào nhà mát rượi rất thích.

The villa is accommodated for large group with around 8 to 10 people thank to its spaciousness and facilities. The scenery around the villa is very pleasant and poetic so karaoke is not really welcomed :)) Yen is a supportive host as she help us in connecting with motorbike renting and relaxing our checkout time. Big thank you for this and hope to back villa someday.

Host is very kind. He tried to give us comfort and restaurant information nearby. We asked him to keep our 5 suitcases and he delivered all of them to his house by his motor bike three times.👍we are moved. We will stay again if we visit Muine😀

Nice apartment, good location that surround beach, golf course and tasty seafood restaurant name 245. Host is easy to communicate and also offer us some traditional fruit of Binh Thuan. Recommended

Our stay was really fabulous. The villa was perfect, very big, sparkling clean, with a nice swimming pool, and walking distance to everything we need, from grocery to restaurants. Perfect for group of friends, with or without kids. Kim and Sandra were warm, quick to respond and helpful. Loved it.
