Covering an area of 1,400sqm with a 17m swimming pool, the villa is almost 100sqm long and has 5 large bedrooms, 4 of which have queen size beds, the 5th consists of two single beds, and three of which have panoramic sea views and floor-to-ceiling windows. The suite can accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with an additional charge for 5 bedrooms. Our villa has two maids, our housekeeper is fluent in Chinese, and the villa can also book a driver for you. There is a security deposit of 12,000 THB for staying at the villa, 2 units of electricity are complimentary at the villa and 240 THB per additional unit (one unit of electricity in the community is equivalent to 40 units of ordinary electricity). No noisy parties in the villa.

Surasa and staff was amazing, they were there and helped with anything that I needed. Anything that I needed, they were there. The house is on the edge of a cliff overlooking the beautiful water like you can see in the images. It is on a secluded dirt road with other homes and upon arrival you will walk through a fish farm and little shacks, the house is behind all this. It is a five star from me through and through. The swinging vented doors are a work or art. The only down side I have, like everyone else that commented, are the bugs. But that’s just what you sign up for when going to a home that has a completely open living room in the tropical jungle.

Egbert's place was a dream Airbnb and we are so grateful to have found the place. The Airbnb itself was clean, well-organized, had plenty of amenities and included so much space! The bed was comfortable and the living room was super cozy with the best views! It looked straight out of a magazine. We loved hanging out on the balconies for breakfast and just relaxing before or after our day trips! Communication with Egbert was easy and seamless and the instructions to get to and from the place were easy to understand. As for the location, we couldn't have picked a better spot. It was close to great restaurants, our beach day trips, and shopping. The lot itself was private and quiet! It truly felt like a home away from home and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to travel back to Phuket, and we would most definitely stay here again! As hosts ourselves back in New York, we truly appreciate having a great Airbnb experience on vacation! Thank you so much Egbert!

Great accommodation and Host. Emanuela is a very kind person who will advise you throughout your stay. The location is perfect, a stone's throw from the sea. You can also rent a scooter via Emmanuela. We where enjoying of everything!
