My house is in a very convenient area in the city centre, It is located a few steps(2 mins) from Phayathai BTS station which is also connected to the Phayathai Airport rail to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Few stops to all the popular shopping malls. My house is in the residential area so its quiet and peaceful(no party allow). We have a small swimming pool where you can cool down from a hot day. There is a 24 hours security guard. The room is a lovely 100 SQM space with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Quiet environment right in the centre of the city, my property is 2 mins walk to both Phayathai BTS and Airport Link train stations, two stops away from the major shopping area in BKK(15 mins walk). You will have to walk up a few steps of stair as the unit is on the second level. The apartment has 24 hours security guards, with a common swimming pool. Overall I try to provide a homelike atmosphere. I live in the same compound so I'm happy to be of assistance should you need any.
