Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Phaya Thai

Host was really nice, flexible and reactive. It’s a nice and calm apartment without noise coming through from the outside. It looked a bit bigger on the photos but for us it was totally fine. It’s located in a calm street with 7/11, supermarket and restaurants in walking distance. The pool and the gym were great and we had them for ourselves. We can totally recommend.

I struggled a bit before giving them the 5th star but in the end I felt it was fair. I struggled because this isn't a normal BnB, this is an apartment within a hotel and I kept forgetting I was staying at an Airbnb not a hotel. I have different expectations of an Airbnb host than I do for a hotel. As an example, thrice weekly cleaning is included (something I've never had at an Airbnb) and I was out of toilet paper. I asked the maid for a roll and she smiled (it's Thailand) and said sorry, I cannot. I was really angry for a few minuted until I remembered I wasn't staying in a hotel, I had paid for an Airbnb. In every Airbnb I've ever stayed in there was toilet paper when I arrived but if I ran out during the stay I didn't contact the host I went to a market and bought some. Same for everything else. That's what I mean you have to remember it's an Airbnb because it feels like a hotel. It's SPOTLESSLY clean, the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed it. The staff is unfailingly friendly and polite and eager to help, to the point that the night guard will walk over and push the elevator button when you come in so that it's on the first floor when you get to it. It's super quiet, I don't think I ever heard any outside noise. The bed was great, the linens obviously expensive, I asked for a couple extra pillows (helps with a back issue) and they were supplied. The bathroom was a little small but adequate for the task. It had a walk in shower which is my preference over a tub. I upgraded to a small apartment from the room that I originally booked which shows on this site and I'm glad I did for the space (still small, but bigger). It had a small sitting area and a kitchenette (full sized fridge, counter, sink, microwave) but no stove top. If you want to cook more than boil stuff this might not be your place. I cook, but I rarely cook in Thailand because food is abundant, cheap, and available 24 hours. If you walk out of the hotel at noon you are literally assaulted by the smells of competing street food vendors. Within 30 steps of the gate there are 5 or 6 places to eat. If you walk down the alley in either direction that number multiplies. If you're a fan of street food you will be happy. All in all I'm really glad I stayed there. I had had to cancel another place that simply wasn't going to work and this was a last minute booking for me, I was in the taxi on the way to it when I got the confirmation and I'm glad they had the room. If you don't need to cook and it fits your budget, you should be happy.

Very nice appartment, clean, nice view, very good location- just cross the street and you are at Asiatique with plenty of restaurants. It is basically a hotel, so you have a reception, someone to help you with the luggage and laundry service. It can be a bit noisy during the night due to the proximity to the street.

I enjoyed my stay so much that i prolonged my booking for 2 times in a row 😃

Very spacious apartment. Convenient washing machine and dryer which is so helpful if travelling with family. Provided 6 bottles of water a day. Apartment felt secure with 24/7 security monitoring entry access into lifts. Handy if using Grab for food delivery but taxis were reluctant to pick up or drop off as there is a charge to come into the Trinity vicinity. Beds were comfortable. Near local markets, a supermarket and within walking distance of stations. Things to bear in mind as stated by previous comments, it is an older building so may feel dated but was fine for us. The sound insulation was not great as we could always hear our neighbours next door (late night karaokes) and the floor above us (walking around and opening their wardrobes.)

Ken’s place was perfect for me. It’s a little far from central Bangkok, but a short walk to the sky train. The market across the street is amazing for enjoying authentic Thai food. The bed is large and comfortable. The room had working wifi and AC. The building has laundry machines available. Very convenient. Surprisingly this was one of the quietest places I’ve stayed in East Asia! Very peaceful. If you’re looking for a place to live among the locals, I recommend staying here

Tor was a very good host, reactive and provided a lot of advices. The apartment is well located, 2 minutes from the BTS station and convenience stores. A food court is also accessible by foot near the shopping center Central Bang Rak.

Pamadee, Ray and Jiraporn were fantastic hosts. Great communication and helpful suggestions. Loved the neighbourhood, lots of fantastic places to eat. The place was tidy, would reccomend!

Highlighting cleanliness, easy access and extra amenities such as toiletries and coffee are greatly appreciated. Close to shops and excellent restaurants. During the nights very quiet to relax. Thank you for all the attention given. 100% recommended

The husband and wife are super nice, help us with luggage, give us mango food in the morning, and show us around her studio, home and shop.The accommodation is tasteful and fragrant!Very clean! Great water pressure too!All in all a very good experience!!!!The boss took care of us like my sister had a warm and wonderful experience!

The host provided clear check-in/check-out instructions, had great communication, and presented a helpful attitude. The condo itself is situated in a good neighborhood with prime access to key transportation hubs near Bangkok without being overly busy/crowded. Could not recommended a better location to stay!

Very clean room. If you need to take the lonprayah ferry the next day this is the perfect hotel. Walking distance to bus station is around 5-8 minutes.

Clean room and great location.

The place was wonderful for the most part. The host was very kind and responsive. I think the outside patio could use some furniture and the walls can be repainted, but other than that, the apartment was great!

this place is close to the bang na stadium. we went for a night to see a dj hard mission. the place is 15 mins walk. very convenient. the only thing there's alot of stairs if your on top floor. over all the room was clean and recommended the hose even let me check in 2 hrs early. which is so nice. thank you so much for doing that.

Super comfy and clean apartment in one of the best neighboorhoods in Bangkok. The apartment is quiet and has everything you need. Large pool on the roof, well-equipped gym and even a sauna. Incredible view of the city from the roof. The metro is only a 10 min walk away. Lots of restaurants, cafés and bars closeby. Would definitely stay again!

The location is about a five-minute walk from BTS Ekamai, and the shopping mall and convenience store are all within a short distance. We have almost everything we need in the room. However, in the case of the iron, it was rusty and was not in enough condition to use it. Check-in/check-out was very easy through security guards or reception. However, it was difficult to contact the host after confirming the reservation. It took more than 3 days to receive a reply, so I was worried if the reservation was really confirmed. Also, I don't know if it's just the room I stayed in, but it was a little noisy due to the noise of the large trucks passing through the road in front of the condo from around 5-6 a.m. If I have a chance next time, I would like to stay at this accommodation again.

clean, modern, with everything you need and the host was very friendly. I really liked having the proper desk where I could work remotely from, washing machine on the balcony, big fridge and very good bed and bathroom! the pool was really nice and refreshing. I used it 4-5 times and it was always empty. 7-11 downstairs. MRT 50 meters away. tao poon Market 200 meters away, a nice mall with plenty of restaurants 10 minutes away. I would stay again!
