Beautifully renovated, historic trinity home with amazing location! Located in the heart of Fitler square, our row home was built in 1825 and renovated in 2020. Trinity homes are a unique part of Philadelphia’s history and are traditionally small, with one room per floor, connected by a narrow circular staircase. This unique, charming & cozy house is on a quiet street just blocks away from vibrant & dynamic E.Passyunk Square, close to the subway, and very close to the sports/concert stadiums. The house is ALMOST 11’ wide, and the open, wooden staircase gives it a spacious, loft-feel. The bathroom has a walk-in shower & a jacuzzi tub. The small back garden area offers sweet respite from the city’s bustle. My house is best suited to romantic couples or people who are comfortable with little privacy.
