Apartment holiday rentals in Phnom Penh

Definitely 10/10 space. Apartment is recently built and every furniture and equipment is new and sparkling clean. Also, there’s a gym, coworking space and pool so you don’t need to go out. It’s located in a quiet and safe area and Aeon Mall is 15 minutes away by tuk tuk. Lastly, the host, Sokkunthea and Vibol are so kind and well communicated. I’m fully satisfied!!

Great stay, clean place, prompt response

Great location. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops near by. The palace is walkable within 20 minutes. The apartment itself was light and as described. The beds are very hard (personal preference to be considered). There is a pool on the top floor that has stunning views. I initially had difficulty locating the apartment block because the address is on the main road but was able to message the host and had an immediate response. I would definitely recommend this place in Phnom Penh.

I had a great week at Michele's apartment and decided to book a few more days. It's a very nicely arranged apartment with the mezzanine bedroom. It's convenient having two bathrooms, one on each level. The kitchen was good and I was able to do some cooking. The Internet was fast. It has a good sized balcony and a nice view. The bay windows do a great job of keeping out the noise from outside so it feels very calm in the apartment. There is good sound insulation between apartments. There were a few problems with cleanliness when I arrived but that was sorted out by the cleaners. Michele was friendly and always wrote back quickly.

His place has nice decorations which make me feel like home. The location is good and peaceful and especially the price is really affordable. Highly recommend if u guys wanna find a place for staycation or if u visit Phnom Penh.

An extremly clean and modern apartment in a great location. Excellent decor. The kitchen and bathroom are seperated ( by a corridor shared only with the host) from the living areas, which is kinda weird to start with (but I got used to it). A fair bit of street noise required the use of ear plugs during sleeping hours - but this is not uncommon for PP.

A great apartmen with everything you need,in central place,spacious,excellent kitchen utensils,many pieces of comfortable furniture,big balcony with a table and chairs,nice lights,excellent neighbour.i really enjoyed my stay at Varanna's home.100 percent recommended!

Five out of Five Stars! Good and clear communication from the first message. Friendly personel at the desk and parking guards, 24 hours available. Very spacious and clean room with everything working perfectly. Comfortable mattress, couch and big tv with good sound quality and nice bath tub! Flexible housekeeping times. Nice big pool with a beautiful view and nice gym. No noise in and around the hotel during day and night and a safe feeling.

In general all was OK

Great view from Jerome’s place. When the electrical had issues he was very responsive and proactive and got it fixed quickly. The place could have been cleaner but it was a good value. Thanks for hosting.

We loved the place. Outside the city center with a stunning view to the skyline and Mekong. Spent the mornings at the pool. Easy to get a tuktuk. Good beds. Loved it!

This was the best of the seven places I stayed in Phnom Penh. Communication with the owner was smooth and well-coordinated with the front desk staff. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The location was also good, with nice restaurants nearby.

The penthouse view was nice. The gym was large and spacious. The house was as shown. There was a washing machine but there were no spare hangers or wires, this could be added. The reception is very friendly and helpful, thank you

My stay at Eloisa's one-bedroom apartment in the Royal Platinum Condominium was absolutely fantastic! The building is new and still has a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, which was perfect for someone like me looking to relax and enjoy the abundant amenities. The apartment itself is incredibly comfortable, featuring a cosy bed, a spotless clean environment, fast WiFi, and a large balcony with great views. As a solo traveler, I especially appreciated having access to the building's spa and gym facilities, which were a wonderful bonus. The location in Touk Kork is superb. It's walking distance to many fancy cafes and restaurants, making it easy to explore the local dining scene. TK Avenue is also just a short stroll away, where you'll find a supermarket and a professional gym, covering all your needs. I would definitely return to Eloisa's apartment and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and peaceful stay in Phnom Penh.
