Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und hat mir insgesamt gut gefallen. Kommunikation, Service und Unterkunft waren angenehm. Obwohl die Räumlichkeiten nicht neu sind, funktioniert alles, auch das Internet war in Ordnung. Vielen Dank!

Paul is a friendly host. He was there to meet us and helped us with the check-in! The place was clean and as described. There are a lot of eateries in the vicinity. The ARL station is also a few bus stops away.

Place was spacious and very accommodating with plenty to do near it. Lots of food nearby.

Great stay! Kind of confusing to find at first because there’s many signs with the same name, but once you find it it’s an amazing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Stella’s apartment — it was very well furnished, clean, comfortable, and felt like home, and of course featured incredible views. Stella was also very responsive, friendly, and helpful with local recommendations for activities, restaurants, and more — both with a guide book in the apartment and through our text conversations. Highly recommend this place!

This Airbnb was exceptionally beautiful, new, and spotless. The two-level layout made it feel spacious and luxurious, and from what I understand, it’s one of the best units in the building. I booked last minute on the 1st, and Callie and Berry made the process seamless. While check-in took some time, they kindly gave me an extra hour for checkout. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The natural breeze from the balcony was amazing—no need for AC! Overall, a fantastic stay with great hospitality. I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury.

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich eine Perle in Bangkok. Ich hab geschlafen wie ein König. Der Glasbau im oberen Stockwerk um das Bett herum macht die ganze Atmosphäre sehr ruhig und entspannt zum schlafen. Aber auch die gesamte Wohnung sehr modern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ich werde immer wiederkommen. Für mich eins der besten Unterkünfte in Bangkok.

Can’t say enough great things about the places run by this host or about the host herself. I have been coming to her apartments for over seven years. As a business owner and as a human being she has always gone above and beyond what you would reasonably expect. These are fun, clean, and practical rooms. The ones at House 22/Charoen Krung are in a quiet alley right off the main road. Be mindful that there is no elevator and the stairs are steep when booking the room. A short walk to everything from convenience stores, restaurants, and of course the light rail station. I would and often do suggest this place to any visitor.

Very nice hip place to stay with attention to some cool details, nice linens, pillows, fixtures... we were really pleased with place 12 minutes walk to convenient Skytrain Saphan Taksin and shopping, and 20 minutes to nice area near State Tower with good local eateries, excellent coffee etc. Note about Airbnb : location provided on map is not exact. we travel for work so we search by "Skytrain BTS Saphan Taksin" as we wish to be super close to train and local eateries/coffee and Airbnb states for listing "4 minutes walking" but since location is not exact, this listing is actually further from Skytrain , like 12 minutes, plus extra time for local eateries this only matters if you are working and in a hurry and basically lazy like us (:)

I had a wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. One of the highlights for me was how truly pet-friendly it is. There’s a secure, enclosed area where dogs can hang out, and my dog absolutely loved it. It made such a difference knowing he was happy and comfortable too. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I really appreciated their warm hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with pets!

Located in the heart of Bangkok’s old town, the area is rich in culture with at least three blocks full of vibrant markets. One of the main reasons we booked this place was to explore the local food scene and it was absolutely worth it. The host was very sweet and helped store our bags when we arrived early in the morning. The room is compact but well-designed and functional. There was some nearby construction noise one day, but since we were mostly out exploring, it didn’t affect us. Communication in English was smooth. We did notice some dirt between the bed and the wall but the host was responsive and assured a deep clean for future guests. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend!

People who manage and maintain the place are so kind! I left my shoes and they helped and assisted me in getting it shipped to me.

Kit was incredibly responsive and provided helpful tips about the area. He was quick to answer any questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bangkok. We would love to return!

Great place near the airport and good value for money. A bit out the way from MRT, but could definitely walk around and explore a bit.
