Holiday rentals with a patio in Phra Pradaeng District

Phani made my first airbnb experience and my first trip to Bangkok extremely memorable and great. She was super kind and responsive and helped me out greatly with booking cabs to tour Bangkok and around as well as arranged airport pickup on request.

The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was fantastic, responsive, and friendly. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. Will stay here next time.

We stayed at Phani's place for the second time — we spent a wonderful two months here and did not want to leave at all. The property is on a quiet street, yet within walking distance to all attractions and shops. Apartment has everything you need for amazing stay. The room has a great bed with a soft mattress and lots of pillows. For longer stays, free cleaning is included, after which the apartment literally shines. Phani is always available, responsive and ready to help with any questions. Lovely host, great place to stay and convenient location. We are already dreaming of going back :)

I had the pleasure of being one of the first guests at this brand-new listing, and it was a great experience overall. The house is very large, clean, and tastefully furnished. Location is great with walking distance to a BTS station, making it a perfect base to explore Bangkok from. The host Luca is very responsive and was eager to assist with any questions I had about the area, as well as giving some great recommendations for local restaurants and nightlife spots to check out in Bangkok. Definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for top notch Bangkok experience!

Great location for exploring Bangkok as it close to all the shopping areas and eateries. The house is clean and well maintained. It has lots of space to spread out.

The place is really as per the pictures, it’s very well located near BTS but also near the Sathon Pier, which is super convenient to move on the river. All in all, a great stay!

The host, Narudorn is really helpful when we request some things and they reply fast. The house is really lovely, we had so much fun times staying there. This was an amazing place. I stayed here for a retreat since it was my girlfriend's birthday month, and it did not disappoint. It was in the middle of downtown Sukhumvit (Phrom Phong area), so you already know it's in the heart of all the action and buzz. I usually stay in Sukhumvit 33, so I'm already familiar with the area. The apartment was beautiful -- stylish, modern and minimalistic. We adored the Japanese influenced bathroom complete with an wooden onsen tub. Plenty of space, with the living room great for chilling or even working. There's a desk in the bedroom too to do some work. Very functional kitchen as well -- fully equipped and stocked. I managed to make a multi-coursed steak dinner for my girlfriend, and we even some more meals. Niki was also a super friendly and responsive host, she honestly made me feel like a friend, and were her employees, like Auntie Toy. Honestly, this place is amazing, and the best way to say it is I'm awaiting my next stay already.

Ndee's apartment is excellent value for money. It has everything a traveller requires. Not only this but Ndee herself is a honest person. Qatar Airways denied me boarding for no other reason than discrimination (case still under investigation) and Ndee was kind enough to refund the total paid amount. Eventually I rebooked new flights with a good airline (Austrian Airlines) that doesn't discriminate and Ndee was the first person that came to mind when booking a new accommodation. A customer goes where they are treated the best. Thank you for your kindness and most excellent experience!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Bangkok! I stayed in a 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo at Wyndham Garden Bangkok, and it exceeded my expectations! The unit was modern, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed—from a compact kitchen to a cozy living space with great natural light. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with a strong shower and quality amenities. The building itself is fantastic—24/7 security, a beautiful rooftop pool, gym, and a stylish lobby. The location is ideal, close to restaurants, coffee shops, and just a short walk to BTS and MRT stations, making it easy to explore the city. Perfect for both short or long stays. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, stylish base in Bangkok!

It was great staying at Chonny’s place! The stay itself was very nice and was in a great location. We enjoyed using the pool and there was even a nice gym as well. There were three of us and we felt very comfortable in the space as well. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay.Great view from 29th floor. very close to BTS, and a 7-11 Has a well equipped gym and swimming pool. Neat, clean and has everything you need for a long term stay. The host communicates clearly and is available to answer your questions. Overall recommended for long term stays

The room was excellent! Views were really hard to beat, room is remodeled really well. One thing I would like to note was the location of the room is not in the best part of town and stepping outside really wasnt the best experience in my personal experience, street vendors smells and traffic were a bit much. There are also plenty of signs in the lobby mentioning that airbnbs are not legal in that building to try and avoid any subleasing. If that is something that would bother you then try another place. We pushed through and had a really great time.
