Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Phu Quoc

The host was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa was very modern and in a good location with pool and restaurant nearby. Transport is recommended if wanting to cook or spend more time in the villa. To make the stay even better, it would be useful to have some basic amenities such as washing up liquid, cloths or tea-towels. The villa would benefit from someone going through and opening all of the cupboards and drawers and removing everything that doesn't need to be there. There is a bit of clutter. If this was done, this would easily be a 5 star review.

This is a family run business that works very hard to make sure you are satisfied. The landscaping is incredible and they have a kitchen that you can use to make your own food. The daughter is an excellent chef and will cook for you if requested.. There are mopeds for rent , and every day you are asked if you would like your room cleaned and I like that. Do not hesitate to stay here.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Ken and Melisa's place. The location is a bit remote, but that's what we were looking for after a long and busy travel. Ken was very helpful in arranging is a motorbike last minute as well as great with local recommendations. Right next door is Joe's bar (another friendly neighborhood friend) for the price of a drink we were able to enjoy his beautiful and refreshing pool as well as some great conversation. We were even honored enough to get our own private Farm Truck concert! We had a great experience and loved the nature of being in the country side, seeing all the lizards and enjoying the peacefulness this place had to offer. We would definitely stay here again!

非常适合全家人或者几家人，sailing club是度假村，也有gym（免费）和早餐（需要另外购买），老板提供了很多细节信息，有问必答。私人泳池很干净，每天有人清理，有循环水，度假很好的选择

Wir (3 Erwachsene und ein Kind) haben eine Woche in einem Bungalow mit Küche verbracht. Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Mopeds können direkt vor Ort gemietet werden, Wasser und Bier ebenfalls sehr günstig vor Ort. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

Vi booket stedet samme dag som vi reiste og fikk sjekke inn tidlig. Verten svarte raskt og var behjelpelig med transport fra flyplassen. Da vi kom stod det noen klare til å ta oss i mot. Vi leide mopeder og kom oss enkelt rundt. Huset var perfekt for oss som gruppe med oppholdsrom og soverom i forskjellige etasjer. Husene rundt er ikke ferdigstilte og med noe byggebråk rundt, men det var ikke noe som plaget oss.

I don’t even know where to start, it was my first time in Vietnam and it was AMAZING!! All thanks to Thi Mo! She was proactive and extremely accommodating!! Made us feel just at home! The place is amazing we had a whole house to ourselves, garage, kitchen, washer, WiFi, living room and an elevator! It has a bunch of places to eat all walking distance, beach access and a pool! There’s also a night market around the corner. We will definitely go back to Phu Quoc and we will stay here again, 100% worth it!!

Excellent value for money at this apartment. We had a great stay. We especially enjoyed having a bird’s eye view of the seaside shows and fireworks and such - absolutely top class stuff! Very clean, comfortable, attractive, and functional apartment. Price very reasonable. Absolutely recommend.

Fast respond from the host, and welcoming from the registration procedure up to the day we checked out. Easy and smooth. The unit is very clean.

newly built place, though needs finer touch up from the builder such as painting and grouting from the tiles. beautiful surroundings and easy access to local attractions. host is very responsive and helpful. For such a nice area, the place needs sound proofing. We can hear every car passed by from the roads. We would have loved to hear the ocean waves instead of outside traffic.

The place is very nice and the host is a very nice guy who will help you out with anything. Located just in the middle of the island so you can checkout a lot of places with just a short bike ride!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The owner was extremely kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. He arranged a taxi for us from the airport to the apartment, which made everything so easy after a long trip. He also helped plan our holiday by suggesting and organizing great activities like the cable car, water park, safari, and boat trip. Thanks to him, everything went smoothly, and my family and I are really satisfied with this holiday. Highly recommended!

방을 2개 예약하였는데 거실이 있을거라는 착각을 한 것 말고는 사진과 동일합니다. 같은 방만 왼쪽 오른쪽에 두개가 있는 구조~ 사진 처럼 깨끗하지만 살짝 작은 느낌입니다. 조그마한 베란다가 있어 멋진 불꽃놀이를 볼수 있어요~ 그리고 주소가 살짝 애매? 암튼 그랩기사랑 좀 해메고 정문을 찾아서 고생을 했습니다. 처음에 들어왔을떄 한쪽 방의 에어컨이 작동하지 않았지만 몇시간후에 작동을 하였습니다. 케이블카 타는곳은 곧바로 내려가면 걸어서 5분 정도 걸리고~ 야시장 까지는 10~15분 정도 걸어서 걸립니다.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, very pleasant, well equipped, very quiet, very good extra king bed. I encountered a technical problem at the beginning of my stay, but the owner reacted very quickly with great seriousness and generosity. I really appreciated his professionalism, his honesty and his desire to do well. An intelligent, attentive host, and a stay that I recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! Everything was exactly as described and met our expectations. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The only small thing we missed was a drying rack for wet swimsuits, but other than that, everything was great.

Хозяин шикарный, всегда на месте (в этом же здании). Седьмой этаж, вид с балкона — то, по чему, по большей части и выбирал. Видно ежевечернее лазерное шоу и фейерверк (и, к сожалению, слышно тоже, так как там ещё и в течение дня репетиции постоянно устраивают, за 5 дней, что я был мог уже наизусть выучить :). Саму сцену, впрочем, не видно. GrabFood доставка в том районе не работает, так что еду нужно ходить искать ногами. Рестораны на берегу готовят хорошо, но сервис так себе, цены европейские. Есть, впрочем, небольшие и недорогие местные рестики, а при наличии транспорта можно и проехаться за едой. Канатная дорога в 5 минутах пешком. Может это сезон такой, но в январе народу прям очень мало (что плюс, как по мне). В описании присутствует «стиральная машина», но по факту отсутствует, предлагают забрать/увезти/постирать/вернуть. Я как-то свои носки-трусы привык сам стирать, так что данной услугой не пользовался. :) В холодильнике присутствовал welcome drink: вода, кола, пиво, free.

This is a beautiful apartment, very spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It's set in a lovely garden, and the pool is excellent, too. It's called Ruby Guesthouse on g-maps, which led to a little confusion finding the place initially. There's not a lot immediately around the apartment, so you'll need some transport, but that's a good idea in Phu Quoc anyway. The hosts organised a scooter, delivered to the apartment, which was a little more expensive than some of the other places, but the bike was fairly new and in good condition, unlike some of the other bikes we rented. Overall, a great place to stay and I'd happily stay here again in the future.

일단 방구석1열로 불꽃놀이를 발코니에서 볼수 있어서 프라이빗했어요! 아이들을 데리고 간 여행이라 나가서 보기는 힘들었거든요:) 거실이 없다는 점을 도착해서 알아서 좀 놀라긴했지만, 넷플, 유튜브도 티비로 가능해서 아이들이 좋아했어요 모든게 좋았지만 수압이 많이 낮아 샤워하는데 불편했어요!

The studio has an amazing view of the ocean and daily fireworks. It’s also a walking distance from the cable car station and the night market. There’s a big supermarket about 15 minutes walk, i would recommend making easy homemade meals at home since the restaurants in Sunset town are quite pricey

It was a pleasure to stay at this place and immediately felt home. Olga shared with me in advance about arrival info, transport options and also supported my last minute changes. The place looks better than in the pictures and it was large enough for me. I would definitely stay again on my next visit to Preah, Sihanoukville later this year. For take-away food deliveries, i used E-Gets which seem to be popular around this area than Grab. Though i preferred to walk mostly, there is also a Tuk-Tuk stand in front of the property as well to make it convenient for local transport.
