Great place for the price! Walking distance to Bangato gym and Bangtao beach. Check-in and check-out and all communication was very simple and easy, which I highly appreciate. Few minor queries I had were solved within minutes, thanks Johanna! :)

Great place in the heart of Kamala beach. The space was very big and could easily accommodate 6+ people. The rooftop was a plus.

Beautiful condo unit with direct access to the pool which our son loved. Our host was super lovely and welcoming, by far one of the best air bnb hosts we have had. We have been coming to this condo location for the past 10 years now, it’s one of a kind in Phuket. Quiet location away from any let’s say usual ‘crowds’, right on the quiet beach, near all the 5* resorts for meal time treats. Get a car or a bike to explore the mainland to give you freedom to explore. Will be back! Thank you! ✨

The overall atmosphere was relaxed, staff friendly and always ready to help, The expectations were met exactly as expected. The location is in a key position, at walking distance from all sorts of amenities, anything you possibly need, restaurants, supermarkets, services, and Nai Harn beach.

Dmitry's condo at The Park Surin was a fantastic stay during our 6 weeks in Surin. The unit is exactly as the photos show, had all the amenities, and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The second bathroom was recently renovated and the entire unit was very clean. The location is on a hill (which provides a nice view of Bang Tao beach and the hills of Surin). You can easily walk to Surin beach area with restaurants and shops, but highly recommend renting a scooter as it is a short ride to Bang Tao with another beautiful beach and even more shopping and food options. Communication was a breeze, Dmitry was always responsive and helpful. For example, the renovations were not quite complete when we arrived, so Dmitry put us in the penthouse unit for the first two days at his own cost! The unit was so comfortable that it made it difficult to leave when our trip ended, and we would definitely stay again next time we are in Surin!

Loved our stay at this very quiet condo. It is right in the centre of Karon which makes it easy to get around. It is close to lots of shops, restaurants and massage places. The best part however is that while being so central it is setback from the main road which makes it very quiet and peaceful. The condo itself is very clean and well maintained by the stafg on a daily basis. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a minorvissue with the toilet and someone was up to look at within 5 minutes od my call. It was fixed in no time which was fantastic. The only odd thing about the place is that the second bedroom does not have any lights. I used a lamp from the living room so that I could see at night. Overall this place is fantaatic and I would stay here again and again.

Super liebe Hosts, einfacher Check in. In der Nähe gibt’s super Restaurants und in der Strand ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Super Lage auch direkt am Flughafen.

Замечательные апартаменты рядом с живописным пляжем Най-Харн. free transfer до пляжа каждые 30 мин с 9.00 до 17.30. На охраняемой территории кондоминиума 2 бассейна, тренажёрный зал, парковка, кафе. Много уютных ресторанов и магазинов в шаговой доступности. В апартаментах - все необходимое для комфортного отдыха: новая удобная мебель, полностью оборудованная кухня, столовые приборы и т.п. Алена - великолепная и гостеприимная хозяйка, мгновенно отвечала на все вопросы, помогла с арендой авто. Большое спасибо за чудесный отдых! Очень рекомендую!

Super schönes Apartment! Exakt wie auf den Bildern:) Alle waren sehr freundlich! Einzig die Lage gilt es zu beachten! Also entweder Roller mieten oder bereit sein für jeden Weg ein Taxi o.ä. zu nehmen. Das Café ist allerdings eine gute und leckere Option direkt vor der Tür:)

Stay was excellent. Use of hotel bus to get to and from beach. They did a floating breakfast for us after we messaged to ask. All staff were very lovely. Would recommend packing your own beach/pool towels. Day to day provisions are light on. Basic items I.e kettle a few pans and a mixing spoon provided and one bottle of water. 7/11 not far down the road but finding it in the night with a late flight be prepared for. Would need to buy staples such as salt, glad wrap, oil. Milk. Coffee. Anything we needed was tended to within 24 hours . Overall a great stay and kamala is a great area for kids friendly beach with stinger net and shallow water. Hotel pool has lots of different depths which was great for toddlers. If staying with toddler/baby- would recommend you bring your own cribb.

Thank you, Olga, for a beautiful apartment and an awesome week in Laguna! Olga was very responsive and accommodated us for extra nights. We travelled there with my elderly parents, so the 2BR apartment was a great match for our group. There were a few minor inconveniences (bathroom smell, a few ants), but they weren't critical for us. Olga helped us with instructions, check-in, check-out, and gave great recommendations regarding our further trip to Singapore.

Had a great stay at this location. The host was very nice and helpful. The unit is large and very comfortable with an oversized bedroom and bathroom and a great outside deck. We stay at this condo building frequently when visiting the Karon area of Phuket.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a mixed experience. The apartment was nice, cozy, and very clean, with a pleasant atmosphere that made for a comfortable stay. However, I encountered significant issues with communication. The host was very delayed in their responses, which became a major inconvenience. After traveling for eight hours, I had to wait on the road for three hours before checking in. This was extremely frustrating. The location listed on the platform was incorrect, adding to the confusion. The host mentioned they had complained to Airbnb about this issue but claimed no action had been taken. I’m unsure if this was an oversight by Airbnb or the host, but it certainly affected my experience. Fortunately, Airbnb support eventually stepped in to resolve the situation, but the delays and confusion were quite irritating. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Stayed at Joe’s place for 12 nights in October 2024. Joe and Stefania were great hosts and very responsive and helpful throughout. Once we confirmed our booking, Joe sent me a very useful information pack on property and usefully tips. The apartment is one of the bigger apartments in the Chava “resort” and was ample size for our family of 4…… huge homely living area and two separate bedroom areas with en suites so our teenagers had own space. The apartment is very well equipped and has some nice touches like boogie boards that the kids enjoyed using at the beautiful Surin beach which is across the road. Chava resort is very peaceful with relaxing pool. We also enjoyed using the gym at the twin palms next door. We love the area, nestled between Kamala and Bang Tao…… it felt safe to walk around and nice selection of coffee shops and restaurants, easy to get a taxi or tuktuk to explore area or hire car. Thank you again for great hosting and would recommend your apartment to anyone!

Good location and very close the the beach.

I enjoyed my stay. The apartment is well kept. The building has a pool with a beautiful view, and a modest, but nicely equipped gym. I loved being between Surin and Bang Tao beaches. Also, the area has great food and entertainment. I would book again.

Emplacement idéal dans une petite rue protégée de la circulation. Un 7/11 en bas de l’immeuble parfait et la plage de Nai harn à 20min à pied c’était super. Beaucoup de restaurants, massages, location de scooter dans le quartier ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. Maria et son assistante ont toujours été très disponibles et réactives ce qui a été apprécié. A noter que l’appartement est un peu vieillissant comparé aux photos mais très bien équipé et très agréable à vivre nous y sommes resté 1mois et c’était parfait pour le quotidien. Attention la piscine est toute petite et donne directement sur la terrasse de certains autres appartements. Nous recommandons le logement de Maria et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Över förväntan med städning i gång i veckan och rent sänglinne och handdukar. Hjälpsam personal och lugnt område. Rutger hjälpte oss snabbt när lamporna i badrummet var trasigt. Restaurang, kafé, pool och takpool, barer och gym på området. Gångavstånd in till Kamala by och till stranden. Enda minus var att man fick korsa en stor trafikerad väg för att komma till stranden samt att Wi-Fi var dåligt. Men finns mini bussar som kör till stranden och köper man till eget 5G så funkar det med wifi. Bättre mottagning i receptionen och restaurangen för de som tänker arbeta från boendet.

В первую очередь хотели выразить огромую благодарность Евгению за гостеприимство, домашний уют и шикарные аппартаменты! Евгений всегда был с нами на связи и помогал во всем! Его рекомендации несомненно разнообразили наш отдых. Евгений знает все! И куда стоит сходить, и где лучшие цены, и какие выбрать магазины. Вобщем следуя его рекомендациям, можно не только сэкономить время на бесмысленные поиски, но и обезопасить свой бюджет пустыми тратами! Мы всем рекомендуем Евгения и его изумительные аппартаменты! Новые, чистые, огромные, с шикарным видом на море и пляж карон! Нам очень понравилось местонахождение аппартаментов. В уединенном, тихом месте, но в тоже время рядом со всеми злачными, развлекательными местами карона. Тихим неспешным шагом 10 минут пешком до пляжа! Просто великолепно. И всего пару минут до шумной жизни карона. Аппартаменты оборудованы по последнему слову техники. шикарная индукционная плита, микроволновка, большой холодильник. посуда вся в наличии, нам на троих всего хватало. Зная от Евгения лучшие цены и магазинчики, всегда готовили сами завтраки, иногда обеды и ужины. Большой телевизор, кабельное тв, каналов 600, есть несколько русских каналов, в том числе первый, огромный кондей, так что даже в самую жаркую погоду будет комфортно! Интернет выше всяких похвал. На все наши гаджеты, одновременно у всех членов семьи, хватало с исбытком качества и скорости!!!! Рассказывать о прибывании у Евгения можно очень долго, Одним словом все замечательно и супер! Евгению, так держать! Еще раз огромное спасибо от меня и нашей семьи!
