Apartment holiday rentals in Phuoc Kien

Wir haben uns hier sofort Zuhause gefühlt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und reibungslos. Nach dem Check-out durften wir auch noch unser Gepäck abstellen. Auch die Möglichkeit, seine Kleidung zu waschen, war super praktisch! Wir würden jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen! Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend für ein paar Tage in der Stadt und ist gleichzeitig angenehm ruhig in der Seitenstraße. Danke für alles!!!

This location was perfect for what we were looking for. Easy to find for our taxi service pickup. Building felt very well kept and extra plus there was security onsite. Felt like an upscale building. The unit itself was very clean. We had someone meet us for check-in and he walked us through the unit to show us all the features of the home. We found it super convenient to have a washer/dryer in unit as we were just coming off a week of traveling in Bali/Singapore. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Really appreciated the flexibility of holding our luggage past our check-out time so we could continue to explore the neighborhood. Would book again.

one of the prettiest airbnbs i have stayed in. the unit was very clean, new and thoughtfully decorated and had all the amenities you need. located slightly out of the way but has a very quaint and lovely cafe called Cafe Oshima nearby! would love to stay here again! unit is super high tech and has a lift to bring u to your unit. worth every dollar spent!

Etwas außerhalb der Stadt, aber dafür ruhig. Mit dem Taxi oder Motorroller innerhalb von 15 Minuten in der Stadtmitte und die Fahrt ist sehr erschwinglich mit GRAP. Das Appartement hat eine gute Größe und wer will kann in den großen Pool springen und sich abkühlen. Sehr sauber und genug Handtücher usw. sind vorhanden. Es gibt 2 kleinen Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Wer mehr will, fährt sowie in die Innenstadt! Ich würde das Appartement bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

I can't say enough good things about Duy and his apartment in D5! Very clear instructions made it very easy to find and after a very short issue with the entry code Duy was super responsive and had the whole thing resolved instantly. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. Inside was beautifully decorated,simple and spacious. Aircon worked perfectly, the bed was comfy and is very accurately listed. It was great getting to know the neighbours over the week I stayed, relaxing in one of the cafes on the street below, or exploring the local neighbourhood. The location is perfect, just minutes from local food sellers, markets, templates - don't stay here without visiting An Dong or Ho Thi Ky markets. I came to HCM for a conference which was in D1 - each morning I could take a grab and be there within 15 min, even in high traffic. Thanks again!

We loved our stay at Mekong Lounge! The studio apartment was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Bathroom was clean and had a separate shower (not a wet one which was important to us)!! Water pressure is a little weak but nothing we couldn’t work with. Check in instructions included a video that made it super easy. Security was great as we were in a little communal area off the main road and the gates closed as night. Location was close to District 1 and so it was easy to get around via grab (5 minute ride or 15 minute walk but it’s really hot). Also super close to Com Tam Calamette which was our favourite meal during our time there!!! Overall we’d recommend :)

We booked this as first timers in vietnam & was so happy we came across this place because Linh helped us soo much & the place is better then the photos so clean, you see it smell it and feel it!! if your complementing staying, stay for sure!!! and communicating to linh was amazing thankyou ☺️☺️

Very nice place. Host is very responsive. Nice area, a lot of food near by and crescent mall a few minutes away. The pool was amazing. Easy check in.

Loved my stay at Landmark 81 HCM! The apartment was clean, modern, and had amazing views of Ho Chi Minh City. Great location with easy access to attractions and dining. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this homestay in Ho Chi Minh City! The location is absolutely perfect — it’s right in the heart of the city, so everything from tourist spots to restaurants and local markets is just a short walk or quick ride away. It made exploring the city super convenient. The room itself was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and all the essentials were provided, which made my stay really comfortable. What truly stood out to me was how supportive and friendly the host was. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and were always available whenever I had a question. If you're planning a trip to HCM City and want a place that’s convenient, clean, and hosted by someone who genuinely cares, I highly recommend stay here!

Great location! It was our final stop of our Vietnam leg, apartment was very new and modern! Our children enjoyed the spacious apartment and the pool!

The location could not have been better—right in the heart of the city and walking distance to all the top attractions you’d want to visit. The Airbnb itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight and a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Апартамент полностью соответствует фотографиям, в жизни даже еще лучше, очень инстаграмное место 👌🏼 Находится в лучшей локации, рядом отличный парк, торговый центр и вообще очень современный район. Хозяин приветлив и отзывчив, помог с ранним заселением.

Alex’s place is nice and is walkable to a lot of places, the pizza place downstairs is great as well.

호치민에서 아름다운 야경과 안전하고 깨끗한 훌륭한 숙소를 찾고계신다면 이곳을 강추합니다. 아직 건물이 많이 들어서지 않았지만, 주변에 7시부터 운영하는 커피,아침식사,저녁에 이용가능한 바등 원하는 곳은 도보로 이동가능하고 모든 유명한 장소,맛집까지 그랩으로 10-15분이면 도착 가능합니다 또한 ,무엇보다 숙소는 사진과 똑같았고, 주변이 조용해서 잠도 푹잘수있고, 아침 조깅하는 분들도 많고 구획이 잘 정리되어 있어서 산책하기도 좋아요~ 세탁기, 스타일러, 인덕션등 모든것이 완벽하고, 레지던스 자체에 커뮤니티도 잘되어있으며, 음식주문도 쉽고 빨랐어요~ 제일 중요한건 호스트와의 소통인데, 제가 너무 급한 마음에 이른 새벽에 소통을 한적도 있는데,쉬는 날임에도 불구하고 빠른 대답과 처리를 해주셔서 너무너무 감사했어요. 이곳이 정말 넘 귀하고 상상이상으로 좋아서 저만 알고 싶은 욕심도 살짝 있지만, 호치민 여행을 계획하는 분들이 있으시다면 이곳을 꼭 방문해 보시길 바라는 마음으로 후기를 작성합니다. 저도 담에 다시 이곳으로 갈꺼에요!
