We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

El alojamiento fue espectacular Keny el anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente y fue muy amable en todo momento, repetiría una y mil veces en este lugar, la casa estuvo impecable y pasé unos días maravilloso y te agradezco mucho Keny por tu buen trato desde el minuto uno que te mande el msj hasta que nos fuimos de la casa eres muy atento y respetuoso gracias.

Overall, great stay. The loft is very well located, right next to Maraca. The place looks just like the pictures. There is construction going on outside, but that's totally understandable since the whole area is getting upgrade. Would stay here again.

I loved it. it was clean and centrally located. I traveled alone to the DR for the first time, so I wanted a place where I would feel safe, and this apartment was perfect

The location was just perfect for what I needed. The roof top pool was great and very clean. Only two items I would have liked: a top sheet and extra trash bags. A TV in the living area would be nice since I don’t watch TV in bed but that’s not a deal killer. I was out and about most of the time anyway. Will stay there again if I have the need.

We were only there 2 nights and it had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, friendly staff, functional shower and bathroom, and a working TV and air in the bedroom. Manuel responded quickly and friendly. 5 stars.

Nuestra estancia en el departamento de Estrella estuvo excelente! 😍 El dpto es super amplio y cómodo, esta ubicado sobre el malecón con una hermosa vista desde el living o habitación. El check in y check out autónomo da mucha libertad con los tiempos y nuestra anfitriona estuvo siempre atenta si necesitábamos algo. En el mismo edificio en planta baja hay un supermercado. Nos encantó! Y si alguna vez volvemos a Santo Domingo definitivamente nos hospedaremos aquí de nuevo! ✨️

Great property in the heart of Naco. The apartment is on a cul de sac, which makes it especially quiet even in the middle of hectic Santo Domingo . Will definitely return.

Mi estadía en este Airbnb fue simplemente perfecta. La ubicación es inmejorable: tenía la universidad a la vuelta de la esquina y todo lo que necesitaba estaba a un paso: desde restaurantes como McDonald’s, pizzerías, comida china, hasta supermercados. El lugar era acogedor, tranquilo, y tan cómodo que no quería irme. Fui con tres amigos, y las dos habitaciones nos ofrecieron una vibra especial y diferente, todo impecablemente limpio y bien organizado. Definitivamente volveré cada vez que pueda. ¡Muy recomendado!”

Very nice place in a very nice section of Piantini.

Franklin is an excellent host. Extremely responsive. Be comfortable with a couple of issues with the country such as rolling blackouts (Franklin was able to explain this to us) and not so sane drivers. That aside the location was in the middle of everything. The rooftop area is beautiful and great party spot. No elevator so get ready to work out.
