This apartment has a great location, in addition to being right on the sand, there is a lot of leisure activities inside the condominium. Right in front of the building is a market with very affordable prices! Fully equipped apartment to make you feel at home. We have a blender, airfryer, Nespresso coffee machine (you have to bring capsules), we have fast Wi-Fi, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, 100% dark blackout in the bedrooms. For the end of the year, only stays of 7 days or longer are accepted.

Entire apartment, ideal for families visiting beaches, Beto Carrero Park and the beauties of Santa Catarina. Cozy, we furnish it with affection as if it were for our family's use. We're two blocks from the sea. The condominium is a Home Club, where you will enjoy the wonderful swimming pool, kiosks, children's playground, soccer field and game room. We have adopted hygiene measures and receive our guests remotely via our 24-hour surveillance company's app. You will be welcome.
