Cristiane's house is exactly as shown in the advertisement, but the photos don't show the real size, the house is huge. Cristiane's daughter, Nathália, always responded quickly, very politely and willing to answer all questions. The house is extremely clean, organized, without a musty or moldy smell, I can say that it is impeccable. We felt at home, we just have to thank you for all the hospitality and flexibility in our check out. Until next time, Nathalia, you exceeded our expectations.

The location's strong point is sea front. Host was extremely flexible on chech-in and check-out Bed linen and towel games excellent quality and limpicimo. All rooms with air conditioning working perfectly The weak point of the house is the lawn, as the house does not stop clean. We will definitely return at the next opportunity

Our stay was very good, the house is close, it's easy to walk to the beach, the house had all the utensils I needed, even a beach chair. Very attentive host, answered everything promptly, I certainly recommend it and we will return more often.

Charles' apartment is great, well equipped and very comfortable. Local was well tidy, cleaned with all bedding and organized towels. The village met expectations and we will be back for sure. Condomínio is very good and safe. Charles was very requested, sent information about the surrounding restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy and Fábio (checked in and out) also very attentive. I recommend.

We love our stay! The apartment is very nice, comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. The condominium is excellent, new building, with a sensational leisure area. The pools are wonderful and everything is very well cared for. Hosts were great, always considerate and available. We recommend it for sure and would return without a doubt!

Wonderful apartment, faithfully corresponding to the listing. Great location, just across the street and you're already by the beach. It has chairs, sun umbrellas and stroller to take to the beach. We definitely intend to return!

The site is very nice, it exceeded our expectations. Very quiet, full of nature around.. we were graced with the presence of the macaws, it was very amazing! We take a great advantage of the outdoor area, especially the pool we asked to warm up and made all the difference! Anyway, we spend sensational family days at this location. The host responded very quickly and gave the instructions in a very dynamic and clear way. I highly recommend!

The stay was very good!! The apartment is as it is announced, great accommodations, gas shower and with good pressure, the barbecue is great, cleaning the rooms and laundry utensils. Whenever it took something Rafael answered us quickly. The building complex with swimming pool, courts, gym, all very good. More than recommended

Excellent apartment, very complete and new! It has everything you need, and the building has a heated pool, which is an extra! Close to the beach, it is very well located. We loved Picarras and would come back without a problem.

The house is wonderful and all decorated, I confess that when I arrived at the place I was positively surprised because the house is much bigger than it appears in the photos, it has several cozy corners and as it rained the whole weekend, we were able to enjoy it well anyway. The only drawback was that there were several of us and this weekend we could only use one shower per person because the circuit breaker would trip and the water would get cold, so the shower was a long process. It was wonderful, if it hadn't been for the minor inconvenience it would have been perfect. Thank you very much.

We were well received by Mrs. Nelly a kind, friendly, attentive person, the house is like in the photos, everything very clean from the entrance to the interior of the house, new and well cared furniture, well-equipped kitchen is nothing missing, internet of the house is great, comfortable room, barbecue space tbm everything perfect with a beautiful view over the sea, clean rooms with working air conditioning, clean bathroom, showers with hot water, everything was perfect, recommend and for sure I will come back more times😍

Verginia's place is perfect for families. It is very close to Beto Carrero and a Fort Atacadista market, restaurants, commercial street, it is well located. The care for children in the apartment is the differential, the children loved everything that was there for them to play with. We didn't miss anything, it was very well equipped and very cozy! We feel in our own home. Comfortable beds and high-quality bedding, providing a restful sleep for the comings and goings of the park. The stay was perfect, we cherish the moments we experienced through all the love that Verginia puts into every detail.

We adored the house, Rosane's reception was very good, there was even a coffee and cake for our arrival. Great house,all organized, clean. We enjoy our tour a lot as the house is in a great location... several tourist cities are 40 to 1 h away from the house, so we can enjoy a lot to visit other cities like Blumenau, Pomerode, Camboriú, Beto Carreiro na Penha which is on the side ...Super recommend. No doubt next vacation we will return
