Our cottage stay was amazing! We really enjoyed preparing our meals in the kitchen, which had everything needed. The jacuzzi was a real luxury, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. And the view… just spectacular. Definitely an experience to repeat. Thank you for everything!

Our stay in the a-frame house on the Hacienda del Rejo was magical. Waking up every morning to the view of the valley and hearing the animals and the birds was so relaxing. It's a great setup because while the house has a full kitchen, the Hacienda restaurant is a quick 3-minute walk down the path, and the food is excellent. The lodge where the restaurant is housed also has a ping pong table and a pool table which my sons loved to play on while we waited for dinner. There is also a cozy fireplace and lots of history in the lodge! We loved riding horses on the property. Rides were reasonably priced, and seeing the property this way is amazing! We also loved spending time with the animals on the farm. Goats, llamas, horses, donkeys, and chickens! The house was well-provisioned and very cozy. On chilly evenings, we kept warm by the woodstove and the great hot tub! Everyone at the property took great care of us, they were all kind and welcoming! Our family loved our time here!

Hostería la Ponderosa is a very nice place, recommended to 100, has several activities and one can enjoy life far from the city. Just as a suggestion to have hotter water.

The place is beautiful and very well equipped. Although there is no electricity, this is perfectly offset by the lovely fireplace (very easy to turn on), candles and sunlight. The beds are incredibly warm, and the thermal blankets are very well thought out to ensure a comfortable stay. The animals on the property are adorable and give a special touch to the experience. The area is simply spectacular, with breathtaking views that invite rest and contemplation.

Beautiful cabin, surrounded by trees and green spaces. Taxis arrive without a problem. A 15-20 minute walk away there is a very good restaurant with children's spaces and animals ($$-$$$). If you don't have a car, it's advisable to bring food to prepare breakfasts or dinners and take advantage of the well-equipped cabin space. The sound of the planes is constant due to the location, it is not annoying and they like it, much better!

Cute private cottage in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by nature. Beautiful waterfalls close by.. The whole family is here to help you with your problems. They always respond quickly and live close for if anything comes up. Convenient because it's so remote! There are no restaurants or shops nearby within walking distance, so be sure to bring enough food and drinks!

Quiet, beautiful green areas, a safe and comfortable place.

Excellent place and experience, super safe, super quiet and private, all facilities available in the stay. Well-equipped place to spend some time relaxing and having fun. The person who is in charge is very friendly and attentive to all topics. The only point of improvement can be the part of the Wi-Fi network, but from there in more of a totally recommended place, I would book it again without hesitation.

Jaime and Clemencia went above and beyond to make our experience in Mindo fantastic. The farm is beautifully constructed and Jaime gave us the grand tour - letting us taste all his edible plants! And breakfast was amazing! He even helped us book activities around Mindo. The entrance to the property was a little tricky to find but it was very easy to get in touch with the owners. I highly recommend staying here! Next time we find ourselves in Ecuador we will be back!

one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at in my life! sauna and pool were great, the landscape and fruits were amazing and tasty, the 2 dogs were so cute. the bonfire at night was fun and my favorite was sitting in the gazebo watching the hummingbirds!

Just lie in the hammock and watch the bananas grow? Then this is your place! The city can be reached in 10 minutes via a path through the forest. Internet runs great!

The ideal place to visit the tourist sites of Imbabura, equidistant to everything, in a quiet area. The cabin is comfortable and cozy and with everything you need. 100% recommended.
