The place is located in one of the most varied areas of the island, about 5 km from the seaside resort of Mosteiros and in the immediate vicinity of Caldeira Sete Cidades. In the village about 250 m away there is a small minimercado with a café. The house is located directly on the hiking trail to the cliffs to Mosteiros and to Caldeira Sete Cidades. The location offers a scenic and quiet starting point to explore the rest of the island.

The house was lovingly restored to maintain its original stone features. A perfect place to enjoy with family and friends as it comfortably accomodates up to 6 people.

Conveniently located within walking distance to Santa Barbara beach, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom rustic modern home brings the beauty of Sao Miguel's earth, sea and sky inside, featuring a tall volcanic rock fireplace, local wood beam ceilings, open concept kitchen with farmhouse sink and stainless steel appliances. Several tourist attractions nearby (Furnas, Santa Bárbara Beach, Gorreana Tea).
