clean, organized and very well equipped housing, safe neighborhood.

The entrance to the place is easily accessible, and it is very easy to find on the map, it is close to the main road and any car can easily pass. The place is the same or even better than in the photos, the house is spacious, the pool is very nice and clean, the house is fully equipped with several things that allow you to have ease when cooking and doing various activities within the property. The house was very neat and clean, there were no pests indicating poor hygiene. The beds and mattresses are of excellent quality and you sleep very well, as they are very comfortable and are not worn. The weather is delicious in the day, a perfect sun for swimming and at night an ideal coolness to rest. I recommend this place 100%. You really feel at home and the hosts are very helpful. They always answer you immediately in case you need something.

The experience was excellent. The host was very attentive from the start, always willing to help. In addition, everything was impeccable and with a touch of elegance that made the stay even more special.

We were attended by German by the owner, very kind and attentive all the time, flexible check-in and check-out. The house is fully equipped with toiletries and kitchenware, board games, clean sheets, hot water and other amenities. The house is in a condominium then that makes it safer. We hope to see you soon another opportunity to stay there again, we went out very happy!

The apartment is clean, beautiful and exactly as it described in the pictures. The area is very convenient, close to the foscal, fosunab, shopping centers. Diana is very friendly and helpful with all the instructions of the apartment, very responsive. Recommended 100% we enjoyed our stayed.

I had a great experience at this location. It is very comfortable, with all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, which allowed me to fully rest. Communication with Maria Jose and Felipe was all timely. In addition, it is close to everything: restaurants, shopping centers, universities and other key sites in the area. Without a doubt, I would recommend it and I would stay there again.

This is my third time at Steven’s place, so what else can I say? My husband and I will come back every time that we have the opportunity. It’s a clean place, has everything you need for a short stay, has a few convenient stores nearby, easy check-in and check-out and more over, Steven is a great host.
