Holiday rentals with a patio in Pieschen

We had a great stay at Sebastian’s house with our book club. We spent time in the garden and had enough space for eight adults and a baby (the baby chair was very useful). Everything was clean and tidy and we were allowed to check in early (at noon already), which was great. Only downside was that the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but that was no big issue. Thanks for the hospitality!

I can't complain, but I have 2 suggestions for improvement: 1. Dishwasher tabs would be great 2. If something falls down or needs to be wiped up, a broom, dustpan, etc. would be great! I hope it wasn't because of my short-sightedness. Otherwise: We'll be back 🤘

Super nice and modern furnished studio in a quiet location. I felt comfortable right away and was even able to spontaneously extend my stay for another night. The accommodation is almost directly on the bike path and I was able to store my bike safely on the property.

The apartment is wonderfully located on the edge of Dresden's Neustadt. Everything you need is within walking distance, the tram is right outside the door. At night it is quiet if you close the windows "in front" and open the kitchen window in the back. We felt very comfortable!

I recently had a very memorable 3 week stay at Sweet Homes Dresden! Everything about this place was just perfect! Great location in Neustadt, very short walk to a huge selection of great restaurants, grocery stores, shops, sightseeing, the tram, etc. The apartment has a wonderful, spacious balcony that overlooks the courtyard in the back of the building. Very peaceful. Less than 1 mile to the Neustadt Bahnhof. and numerous other tram stops within a block or 2. I had a nearly dead battery on my iPhone when I arrived, and my charger with power adapter did not work. Patricia responded within minutes and brought me her own charger to use for as long as necessary. This is the cleanest apartment I have ever rented. The apartment was cleaned weekly! Patricia responds to messages within minutes! I was so thankful for the wonderful fruit basket, chocolate, bottled water, coffee, tea, and fresh tulips! This is an outstanding apartment for a very reasonable price. I look forward to returning!

We have experienced our stay as amazing. When we arrived, Falk himself was present and showed us directly around his beautiful home, after he first met. What a friendly host. Nothing was different than described on the airbnb. So neat and clean all. A large garden where we could sit. And there were plenty of towels and bath towels available. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed that every day. Thank you very much for using the nice house.

We were in Stara Knoflikarna for a family reunion: ten adults and four children plus two small dogs. We really enjoyed the house. The furnishings with the many rooms and bathrooms were simply great - there was still enough space. Outside, there is a large garden, a jogging path through the forest, a pool, a table tennis table, and a playground/swing. Inside, a large dining room in the "conservatory", a huge kitchen with all the utensils, a bar, ... and above all the possibility of tapping beer yourself! The super nice housekeeper Jan welcomed us, handed over the house and explained, and was always available for further questions. Everything was a wonderful fit. In addition, the beautiful surroundings with the Tissaer walls. Simply wonderful! We will definitely come back.

The small holiday home is an ideal location to explore Dresden and the surrounding area. The house is very quiet and surrounded by green. The tram to the city is 2 minutes' walk away; plenty of supermarkets, bakeries, etc. around the corner. The bikes that were available to us were also very pleasant. We felt very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovingly furnished house! The rooms are designed with a lot of taste and attention to detail - you immediately feel comfortable. We particularly liked the location: pleasantly quiet, so you can relax wonderfully, and yet you are in the middle of the city in a short time. A perfect combination of relaxation and good connections. We would come back anytime and would highly recommend this place.

Jenny made it possible for us to book 2 nights at very short notice (about 2 hours before check-in!) when we were in need due to an overbooking! 🙏 The house was beautiful, spacious and clean, and offered the possibility for many activities (including a large TV in a cozy living room, dartboard, table football). We had a great stay thank you so much!

Very nice landlords who react quickly if something is wrong. House is super equipped and offered us enough space (6 adults, 3 children and 2 babies). The location is great, all excursion destinations can be reached within half an hour. All the usual grocery stores are in the neighboring village. The location is quiet, directly on a walking path in the countryside. We'd love to come back 😊

We had a great few days in the , “shelter”. You noticed right at check-in that everything is designed and furnished with love. We felt right at home. 😊 Everything was very clean and cozy. We stayed in the apartment for 5 nights. We had a very nice stay. You feel right at home in the apartment, it is very clean and tidy and you have everything you need. The location of the apartment is simply fantastic, very quiet and private, lots of great nature in front of the terrace and a great residential area. The train station and tram are within walking distance and several shopping facilities are also very close. We had a wonderful vacation and the apartment contributed a lot to it. We will be happy to come back ☺️

This is one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. Beautiful and spacious apartment, right on Dresden’s new town and its amenities, and a short distance to the historic center. We hope to come back.

The two of us spent a week in Dresden, the apartment is very nice, great location. We had bicycles with us that you can park at the front door, unseen from the street. The connections by tram and train to the city center very comfortable. We felt very comfortable.

We had a great stay! The place was as described, very clean and in a good location. The reception was warm, the landlords were extremely friendly and helpful. We were even able to get to the apartment earlier than planned. Especially practical: Thanks to the guest cards, we were able to use public transport for free. Highly recommended!

It was all great! Great location, from there everything important is easily accessible on foot and also great access to public transport. Super clean and a robot vacuum cleaner available, so you can even "clean" in between:-) I was especially pleased about the small coffee machine, which is enough for a cup of filter coffee. I used to have the same thing. This has awakened youth memories. Balcony and windows towards the courtyard are very quietly located, so night ventilation was possible without problems. Glad to come back!
