Pedestrian zone 350m, 5min. walk. Connection to the cycling route to the recreational area by the river Váh within 500 m. Free parking at the back entrance for 1-2 cars on private property. No air conditioning is required, the apartment is situated on the NE. Tips for trips to the surrounding area. Possibility of renting mountain bikes or paddleboards.

Welcome to a modern apartment with barrier-free access that will ensure a comfortable stay for a family with children, but also for couples or solo travelers. It is located in a quiet location, just a 15-minute walk from the city center and 20 minutes from the bus and train station. Nearby is the Inčučuna children's playground and a number of services. There is above-standard kitchen equipment, Wi-Fi, a washing machine with a dryer, free parking in the building and a lot of board games. We will also be happy to prepare a baby cot on request.

Hostia môžu taktiež využívať vonkajší bazén s terasou a ležadlami na slnenie (predpokladané spustenie do prevádzky leto 2025) a mestské bicykle, ktoré ponúkame pre hostí zdarma.
