Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Pike County

Stayed for a few weeks for work with my crew. Such a great lay out as each room has its own bathroom. Very nice house and peaceful area. But the host really makes it such a wonderful experience. She is the kindest most accommodating host ever. So many wonderful recommendations. Made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. If you have the opportunity to stay here I definitely would!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Markham Place! We enjoyed the seclusion, fishing, and feeding the cows!!! The cows were so sweet and such a fun experience!! The fish bit on bread, ham, worms, crickets, and artificial bait. We caught bass, bream, and catfish...the catfish were huge at times snapped our fishing line! Great place to get away and relax! House was clean and well stocked.

We have spent a year living in airbnbs and Musa is by FAR the best host we’ve ever had. She is the sweetest person in the world and made us feel so comfortable and so at home. We immediately fell in love with the house and the property as soon as we arrived. It’s so spacious, and the lighting in every corner of the house is a photographers dream. The area is rural and quiet, and so lush and green! Everything you could ever need within a 15 minute drive to Brookhaven or McComb. We ended up staying longer than we expected because we loved it so much & it will always be one of our favorite places to visit!

Great place will definitely stay again

The place was just as described. Spacious and plenty of beds. Hosts were responsive and left a sweet gift basket. It’s close to The Willows Venue so it was perfect for all the groomsmen to stay. Although it’s an older and rustic home it’s clean. We would stay again

Emily’s home was in a perfect location for our family reunion. The home was accessible for elderly and daughter in wheelchair. Washing machine was a little funky, but the home was clean and welcoming. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately. Neighborhood was quiet. We were close to lots of restaurants too

Our stay at this charming cabin on the river was absolutely wonderful! It was peaceful, tidy, and captured the essence of a true Mississippi cabin. The views of the river were breathtaking, offering the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The game room was a fantastic bonus, providing plenty of entertainment during our stay. Everything about the cabin was well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared, making it a cozy retreat. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful little getaway in Mississippi. Cabin was right on the creek and the grounds had a lot of amenities: dog park, mini-golf, playground for the kids. Everyone had a great time!

We have been staying at this location for months now and the host and the ones at the cabins are amazing! They are always so helpful and so accommodating. They have made our stay amazing. Well worth it!

We had such an amazing stay at this little cabin in the woods. We loved the feeling of being surrounded by nature and being unplugged for a weekend. The hiking trails were very fun, and the outdoor tub helped us unwind after a long week. The cabin also felt very cozy and relaxing. We had a great stay, and will definitely be coming back!

Nicole’s place was great. Really clean, great layout, huge property, and overall we felt right at home. Excellent place for quiet, relaxing time, with family. Also, went to breakfast at Vine 2.0 down the road and I might move just to eat there regularly! 😂

This cabin was the perfect nature escape! We spotted a rare woodpecker, flying squirrels, and even a family of foxes—truly magical. The trails and creeks were peaceful and fun to explore, and the cabin itself was cozy, art-filled, and very clean. The porch was even better than the photos, and the jetted tub was perfect after long hikes. Only suggestion: a couple more towels would’ve been helpful. Otherwise, it was perfect—we can’t wait to come back!

Was in area for work and this was a nice find. Would be great for weekend get away

For a genuine country experience this is the place for that, wide open space for our animals, nice size rooms and a large kitchen to prepare meals. I would stay here again.

I would have given it more stars if I could have. It was wonderful, and absolutely perfect for anyone traveling with a pet. One of the best places I've stayed in the states.
