Country cottage in the northwest of S.Miguel, with views to the ocean, the mountains and the fields. An option for those who want to explore the main attractions of the western part of the island, but wish to stay off the beaten track. PLEASE NOTE THERE`S A CAT living in the cottage (she's an INDOOR/OUTDOOR CAT) and it might not be suitable for those who are allergic or don't like cats. The cottage is relatively secluded in a rural environment with farms, animals and all that comes with it.

Welcome to Castanheiro. Our property is a recently refurbished house built around a century old chestnut tree. A spacious terrace offers a panoramic view of the Santa Cruz Bay. It is conveniently located in Lagoa and within a 3 min walking distance to the ocean . A stroll to natural swimming pools will take you 10 min. The house was lovingly restored to maintain its original stone features. A perfect place to enjoy with family and friends as it comfortably accomodates up to 6 people.

Everything is aimed at minimizing distraction from the intrinsic beauty of nature, you'll be in your own bubble, yet a small village market and a bar are conveniently located less than 100mt. (300ft) away.

New, charming and comfortable 'Cottage' (with 2 en-suite bedrooms) right on the shores of Lagoa das Sete Cidades. The project, the design and the materiality were carefully conceived for a perfect setting in the surrounding nature and in order to benefit from stunning views of the Lagoon. Sea Roots "Sea Zone" is located in Mosteiros, a favourite for holidays amongst the island residents for its great weather, rock pools, fishing, diving and the amazing sunsets, which can only be contemplated from the western tip. It comfortably suits up to 4 people and is part of a property where we also live. Just cross the road for a swim in crystal clear pools, and enjoy the most amazing sunsets while dining outside, this house is perfect for a relaxing holiday!

Casa da Suta is a newly built accommodation designed to provide moments of conviviality between family and friends in a quiet location with stunning views over the sea and the north coast of São Miguel Island. Outside, we invite you to relax in our Jacuzzi at the end of the day, enjoying music of your choice, with our portable sound system. In the upper living room, you will find the ideal setting for reading and a good tea, enjoying a panoramic ocean view.

Flor da Natureza Casa Natureza is a special place, located in Pilar da Bretanha in a charming rural environment. Nearby, you will find the parish of Mosteiros, famous for its stunning beaches and natural pools, with a unique sunset. Just a 15-minute drive away, the parish of Sete Cidades is a true postcard, with blue and green lagoons. Our house has a large and quiet space, with a garden and barbecue, ideal for moments of socializing and relaxation.

Old, restored house, integrated into a magnificent garden. Swimming pool and gym. Close to Ponta Delgada, with good access to the entire island. Ideal for relaxing vacations in contact with nature, both in summer and winter. It has air-conditioning and two fireplaces, which give the house a lot of comfort in the winter.
