We offer our apartment, which we currently only use for occasional visits. It's fully equipped with everything you need for normal living, which you'll be sure to welcome during your stay. Since we use the apartment sometimes, our stuff is here too. The kitchen is fully equipped including food for cooking and is fully available to you. The apartment is quietly located within easy reach of public transportation, shopping malls and Borsky Park, which is perfect for walks or picnics. It has a private outdoor parking space.

Spacious luxury apartment in the city centre

Enjoy Pilsen from our luxurious apartment Petakovka. Petakovka is located 8 mins walk from the main square, 3 mins from lively Americka street. The apartment was newly built on the top of the older building so it is new and it was never used before. Petakovka accommodates up to six adults, so it is excellent option for groups of friends or bigger families. But if it is only two or three of you, you can easily stay just downstairs in the master bedroom and not use two bedrooms upstairs.

Very nice apartment with very good amenities. Everything very clean, the linens smelled wonderfully. The location is perfect if you are looking for peace and still want to be in busy places or shopping quickly. Karin always responded very quickly. Communication was super friendly. Check-in is also possible with a key safe. We felt very comfortable.

The apartment is very nicely located on the edge of the center of Mariánské Lázně. Everything is very well within walking distance. You can sit very nicely on the balcony. Shopping is very close. The apartment is ideal for a short trip for two. It is cozy and very well equipped! The car is well parked in a safe underground garage, which is easily accessible by elevator! The small restaurant U'Josefa Svejka, just around the corner, is particularly recommended! The price-performance ratio and quality of the food and drinks are unbeatable here! There are also several very nice and very good German-speaking waiters! We will be happy to come back!

We had a great time in Marienbad! We felt very comfortable from the first minute. The apartment is very well located, the city center is within walking distance. The apartment is CLEAN, modern, tasteful and lovingly furnished. The contact was always friendly and accommodating! The free parking space in the parking garage was also very helpful! We had a lovely time at Jakub's place in Loket. The accommodation is very small, but quite sufficient for two Perosnen. The location is special and Loket is definitely worth a short trip! We can definitely recommend this place.

We arrived at 22:30 and the host had sent us detailed instructions with photos on how to access the apartment. Everything was very clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a sponge and dish soap available. We contacted the host with a few questions and he responded quickly and kindly, explaining everything thoroughly. There is a lovely outdoor area by the house where you can sit, eat and enjoy the view of the river. The building is located next to an old and well-known porcelain factory. It was really nice to learn a bit about its history. Highly recommended!
