Relax on the balcony or patio in this 3 br 2 1/2 bath home with million dollar mountain view! 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home bordering 50 miles of trails at South Mountain Park. Neighbors on only one side as the property is next to trail access for the park is behind the home. Wildlife includes quail, woodpeckers, roadrunners, squirrels, coyotes, and more! Travel virtually as you enjoy more than 300 spectacular photographs of my adventures around the world! Driveway parking ok, garage unavailable.

I have a beautiful salt wtr aquarium. The back yard has a large patio, fire pit, fountain, elec fireplace, flowers and very private. There is a comm. pool (not heated), hot tub, tennis, pickle ball and basketball court. Pkg is in 2 car garage, driveway or street, 3 car max. Some of my belongings are in the home.
