Beautiful residence 3 double bedrooms and two sofa beds, right on the sand with private beach and magnificent sea view with Jacuzzi for 6 people on the terrace facing the ocean. Panoramic view of Cambirela Hill and Pedra Branca da Palhoça. Very quiet neighborhood with a gastronomic route very close by. It has a barbecue area with a very large table. Complete house with split air-conditioning in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Internal parking for 6 cars. Beautiful panoramic view of the kitchen with glass windows.
