The apartment is decorated in a relaxed way respecting good taste, providing luxury and ease of life. It is a new build (finished in 2015). The front balcony is 50 square meter, fitted with full length remote controlled tent providing shade to the table, four seats and if required also to the two chaises longues/deck chairs. The view from the balcony also includes the Acropolis and even the Saronic bay is in your eyes if you wish to mix ancient Greek history with the sea in just an eye view

The appartment is spacious and bright, fully refurbished, with high ceilings and floors of black marble, lovingly decorated.
