Welcome to the wonderful Viinikka in Tampere! The Viinikka area is an idyllic museum-protected wooden house area, right on the outskirts of the city center. The train station and Stockmann are 1.5 km away. In the courtyard, it is wonderful to drink morning coffee with a view of the apple orchard or to relax with a book. The house is a 100-year-old red log house that has recently been renovated to meet modern needs. However, the old spirit has been respected and preserved. Private sauna with a modern spa atmosphere under the starry sky ❤️

A unique and fresh log house in the heart of Pispala. Large windows, bright as a studio. Air heat pump with cooling function. The space is about 35m2 + a loft of 16m2. The Brunssi-lounaskahvila is located opposite, and there is also a K-market and a beach nearby. The house is in a quiet courtyard. There are stairs on the walkways. Wifi. Keypad, 24-hour check-in. Sleeping arrangements: 160 cm wide double bed and 80 cm sofa bed in the living room. The loft has a 140 cm wide futon double bed, as well as an 80 cm wide single bed.

Salpausselkä ski trails and off-road bike trails are just a short distance away. Messilä ski slopes, golf course and beach are only a few kilometers away. The house has sleeping accommodations for 5-6 people. The house and the large yard are at the guests' disposal. The yard has garden furniture for 6 people as well as a gas and wood grill.

Olemme järven lähellä, mutta rantaan ei ole pääsyä. Lähimmät uimarannat ovat Idänpään tai Matkolammin uimaranta, jotka molemmat sijaitsevat noin 1,5 km päässä. Hämeenlinnan keskusta on vain reilun kolmen kilometrin päässä, ja lähimmälle golfkentällekin on vain reilu kilometri.

Oma erillistalo omalla pihapiirillä, luonnon helmassa. Alakerrassa iso tupa ja pieni keittiö jossa leivinuuni. Juuri remontoitu sauna- kylpyhuone ja erillinen wc. Saunatilojen yhteydessä myös juuri remontoitu oleskeluhuone, jossa levitettävä vuodesohva. Oleskeluhuoneen yhteydessä kodinhoitohuone, jossa pyykinpesukone. Talo sijaitsee noin 2km päässä Pohjois-Himoksesta. Käytössä uimaranta Päijänteellä noin 500m päässä.Kesäisin erillisestä sopimuksesta käytössä soutuvene.

Uimapaikka Vesijärvessä löytyy kävelymatkan päästä. Lemmikit ovat sallittuja. Läheisellä kodalla pääset paistamaan makkarat. Kävelymatkan päässä on laavu, johon voit tehdä metsäretken. Autolla Kangasalan keskustaan 20 minuutissa ja Tampereelle 40 minuuttissa.
