The garden is fully enclosed and has stunning views over the Clyde, Glen Cloy Valley and Goatfell. It is situated beside Brodick Golf Course with suburb access to all local amenities and beautiful walks. The house is easily accessible from the ferry and local buses.

No 1 Shedock Cottage has been completely renovated inside and out, originally a shepherds cottage it is now a very modern living space. The entrance leads into the living room with a kitchen extension to the rear this follows onto a private sitting area outside at the back of the cottage. The bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobe. There is a bath and shower in the bathroom next to the bedroom. Heating throughout the cottage is electric with flame effect fire in the living room.

We are nestled within the hill side of Lochranza up a rough private track. there are many walks from Laggan walk further up the track or fairy dell on the sea coast.
