The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building that has an entrance from the back of the building and a large passage on the pedestrian zone itself. The city parking lot is 30 meters away

This place is perfect for those who are eager for nature. The property is located on a farm where indigenous breeds of the Balkans are raised, as well as alpacas and llamas. Guests can drink fresh donkey milk daily and observe the life of mountain horses, Balkan donkeys, buffaloes, cattle of the Podolian breed and bush, Pirot and Karakachan sheep, Balkan goats.... The farm area is a good environment for small groups, families with children and couples. It was built in the style of traditional architecture using natural materials.
