We offer accommodation in a cottage in Bosnia - South Bohemia. The house is located in the valley of the river Smutna (about 5 minutes from the city center), in a quiet part of the city. The cottage has a closed yard, which is bordered by a rock on one side and a house (privacy) on the other. There is a pergola in the backyard. It is possible to park your car on your own property right in front of the house for up to three cars. The house has four separate rooms, a glass-walled entryway, views of the courtyard, and a rock wall. There is a kitchen and two bathrooms.

Our new house is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. With us you will find everything you need for a carefree stay. The quiet location of the gardening colony, the proximity of the river and almost 100% darkness that will make your sleep more pleasant. We will lend you a canoe, paddleboard or 2 bicycles for free. You can spend the evenings by the fireplace or by the widescreen TV with a movie. The stay can also be enlivened by a turntable on which you can reminisce about the old days. In good weather, we rent our motorboat, which anyone can drive. Dogs are welcome.

A baby cot and a high chair are available. Excellent accessibility from Prague (approx. 35 min, D4). Near the dam and Orlík Castle. The cottage is not suitable for celebrations and noisy parties.
