Newly built guest house (2021) of 25 sqm plus sleeping loft. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. Walking distance to Piteå city center (2 km), the hospital, Nolia, several of the soccer fields at Piteå Summer Games and swimming at Storträsket. The cottage is equipped with WiFi, smart TV, washing machine and A/C. Two people can sleep on the sofa bed (140 cm wide), two in the sleeping loft. Private balcony with sun most of the day. Parking is shared with the host family. In winter, there is the possibility to connect to an electric motor heater.

Guest house 1 km from Piteå Havsbad and 200 meters from Pitsundet (river) Restaurant outside at the back of the room. Piteå city, 10 km. The accommodation is of older standard with some more modern furniture such as the family bed, sofa and kitchen table. There is a larger lawn adjacent to the room, suitable for recreation for both adults and children. The guest cleans the room before check-out. See check-out info. NOTE: Failure to clean will be charged to the guest. Bed linens and towels are not included. Bring your own towels and linens.

Härbret

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hotplates. The "Fireplace Room" with many windows has its own wood-burning fireplace that both heats and creates its own atmosphere. A toilet (water-soluble toilet) Separett) is available next to the Fireplace Room. Door from the fireplace room leads to private patio. The shower is out in the wood-fired sauna trailer. Spacious courtyard house

Between Piteå, Luleå and Älvsbyn is this charming house. Sjulsmark is an old agricultural village with beautiful landscapes, with the cities 25-35 km away! Walking distance to the village's 24/7 grocery store, Sunday flea market and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village are two fishing lakes with stocked fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is in a quiet and peaceful area with the forest and snowmobile track outside the door. Please respect that you are not renting our part of the garden.

Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. The Cube

På denna lilla ö är naturen och havet i fokus. Här finns inga vägar eller bilar, vilket gör att det råder ett behagligt lugn på ön. Upplev midnattssolen eller norrskenet. Sommartid sker den korta överfarten (400 meter) till ön med liten båt som ingår. Vintertid sker shuttle med snöskoter. Fin havsutsikt. Utomhus finns jacuzzi som håller 38 grader året runt. Det finns även en vedeldad bastu. Är ni 3 eller 4 personer så bor ni även i en separat sovstuga.

Nice cottage in a rural setting near the coast

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.

Hållgårdens Grandfather's Cottage

Välkommen till vår mysiga Farfarsstuga som ligger på vackra Hållgården i natursköna Hemmingsmark, cirka två mil från Piteå C. Här kan man koppla av i klassisk miljö på vår norrbottensgård, säga hej till våra två hästar och besöka närbelägna sjöar och skog, och läsa. På gården finns grillplats och ytor för barn att leka. Husdjur är välkomna och på gården finns tre hundar. Välkomna!
