Holiday rentals with a sauna in Pitkin County

The only small and I mean small complaint I would have about the entire place. Is that the heater/furnace was very loud when it turned on. If you are a very light sleeper, I don’t know if I would recommend this place. Otherwise I think it was an amazing place and better than what the pictures show.

Cannot say enough about this comfortable and incredibly convenient spot. East walk to Snowmass Mall and a few steps from the slopes. A beautiful unit, well maintained, cozy and comfortable. Regina was a pleasure to work with, was super responsive before, after, and during our stay. Helped us with all kinds of aspects of our trip. Cannot recommend this spot highly enough for your Snowmass stay. We will be back!

the property is very cozy, everything is very clean, all the appliances are new, the space is very good and the location is good too and when i needed to talk to the host he was very quick to respond and solve what i asked for.

My family of four had the pleasure of staying at Leila's place. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations. It had everything we needed, with a stunning view in a perfect location.

Great location in a wonderful, quiet complex. Super clean and they have an AMAZING steam shower + jetted tub! We came up for Aspen Food & Wine and Dave’s place was the perfect place to rest and unwind between all of the events. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic place. Well kept. Easy walk to Village Express. Obviously a place the host takes good care of - not just a management run place. We LOVED the hot tub - just steps away and had it to ourselves the whole time. Will definitely book this again.

Susie was an incredible hostess!! Her home had so many amenities... I felt like I was staying in my own condo! She supplied wonderful little extras like fresh coffee/tea and spices and even much more luxurious elements like soft linens, full cotton towels, and even cleaning supplies (for neat freaks like me). The space is perfectly decorated to feel spacious even though it's only a one bedroom. One of my local girl friends slept on the pull-out and said it was comfy too (a feat that's typically impossible ). From hangers, to bath goods, to first aid- she's thought of it aIl. The proximity to the RFTA access and the parking directly in front of the unit, make travel and unloading easy. My only criticism has nothing to do with Susie as a hostess- the association needs more enforcement with their management in clearing snow up at the pool/hot tub, around the public amenities, and in the parking lot. Other than that- this place is absolutely fabulous! I WILL BE BACK!!

My wife and I vacationed here for a few days and the place was nice and cozy since it was just us two and the views were simply amazing. Rebecca was very nice and responsive. The price was definitely up there but understanding that it was the holiday season, it makes sense. But I will say it was one of the cheaper locations in the area compared to some of these other spots that charge an arm and a leg lol. But I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to get away.

Great place. Easy to get in. Super close to skiing, restaurants and city market. Bathrooms were updated. Location was great. Easy stay. The only issue we had was the toaster only toasted on one side. It’s pricey, but it’s Aspen with a downtown location!

Can’t beat the location! True ski in and ski out. Frances was very responsive!!!!! I stayed with my 17 year old son. The place was perfect for us. I would say it is modest but very clean and it is excellent for 2 people! I can see how to fit 4 but will be very tight. Ski locker is excellent for 2 pairs of skis. Easy access to a nice hot tub and a pool. Also very convenient to have a restaurant with the bar in the building (breakfast or dinner). Easy parking across the street. We were just very satisfied! Definitely recommend! And Aspen is 20 min away by car or a free bus! Thanks Frances

Great location and clean space. Would come back again. Visited for spring skiing and jt was <5 minute walk to the mountain. Nest best thing to ski in/out. Host was very responsive when reached out to for recommendations on where to eat in town. Might have been unique to our stay but there was some noise we could hear from the neighboring unit and the furnace was also rather loud when running. Regardless, still would come again but might bring ear plugs just in case.

Great ski condo. You can walk to the mountain or take the bus that picks up directly outside of the door. Next to the grocery store and restaurants. Great hosts. Flexible and communicative! We’ll come again.
