This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Come stay in our charming and spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath Cape Cod home located close to Philadelphia, Atlantic City, Rowan University, mall and outlet shopping and public transportation. The main floor has a large living room with flat screen TV and leads into the eat-in-kitchen. The laundry room has a beautiful bay window overlooking the spacious back yard. The upstairs bedrooms have their own private full bathroom. There is ample parking in the driveway for 2 or 3 vehicles.
