Our stay in this house was very good. The house is spacious and accommodated us comfortably. The location is good for those looking to enjoy the beach. In addition, the owner was thoughtful and proactive in solving the setbacks that have arisen. This readiness to resolve made a lot of difference in our experience. In short, pleasant and well located house for those who wish to enjoy the beach of Piúma.

Alock was very polite and attentive, allowed to check in at 9:00 am well before the agreed time. The very good and spacious house all new and clean, very close to the beach and local shops. May rent without fear they will not regret it.

My family and I had a wonderful stay, Gustavo was very helpful and always responded immediately to my messages, we were greeted by Selma and Marcos (Gustavo's parents) who were extremely polite, super high-spirited, helpful, and concerned with everything for our comfort. I can only thank them. And we can go without fear, the house is wonderful, everything is clean and very comfortable. (Selma gave us tips on the best beach to take the kids, we love it.

The accommodation was very good , I went with family members, well organized house, full kitchen, has extra fans. I recommend the stay, although it is a few blocks from the beach the access is easy and the neighborhood quiet. I will come back more often. Note 10.

Great place, clean and organized, in a very quiet area in the south of Piúma, no traffic, facing the beach. The tranquil condominium, the adult pool was clean, grass, parking space (discovery) near the apartment (the garage gate was only working in manual mode and did not lock, but this was not a problem). Ideal for families with children. Responsive and cordial host. Recommend!
