We loved out stay at this adorable A frame home. Felt nice and cozy and perfect for our family of 5. Would stay again in the future and recommend to friends and family.

We loved our stay. Everything was as described and shown in the photos. Great location, easy to walk to town and restaurants as well as numerous hiking and nature nearby.

It was great but there were a few broken things, but I let them know and they noted them no biggie. Other than great my friends and I had a great time. Nice, clean, and great location with fun stuff to do.

We had a very nice stay. You could tell there was a lot of thought put in to making guests feel comfortable, accommodated and informed. The location was perfect and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beautiful lake.

Exactly as described. Definitely rustic themed but very clean. Bed was very comfortable and dressed with soft linens. Perfect for my one night stay.

I can’t say enough about David’s place. This little cottage has all the feelings of home. It’s super cozy and has a great location. The view is stunning from the deck. David was great about communicating with me and responding to questions. I hope to be able to return to Lake Tahoe someday and I will definitely look into staying here again. Perfect place to stay at for a cozy weekend in the Tahoe area. Heater for the house and water works great and driveway has space for 2 cars easily. Kitchen also has all the Tupperware you will need.

One of my favorite Airbnbs ever! You can hear a creek from the cabin, which adds to the magic. Super clean and well-appointed for being so cozy!

Great location and lovely place. Easy access and great communication with Amy. This is a perfect place for 2 if you want to escape to Tahoe for a long weekend.

Perfect if you want a get away free of distractions. The place was just as described and really well kept. A family of deer live in the area so it was a wonderful surprise to catch them walking around the property from the deck. We look forward to coming back in the summer time when we can explore the swimming holes in the area, and make use of the outdoor shower.

We LOVED staying at Rose's tiny house. The design is beautiful and clever, and the interior is tastefully decorated. The house felt very spacious, including the bathroom. The place was squeaky-clean all around and had a delightful smell of wood. The location is very convenient, minutes away from downtown and the Fairgrounds. The hosts were very responsive and offered to came over to help when we had questions, so we got to meet them. They are super nice and warm. We hope to come back soon. Thank you Rose and Artie!

My husband and I had the most relaxing time. We could have moved in! The tiny house was simple, peaceful, beautifully kept/ decorated. The view was amazing! We spent a lot of time on the front porch listening to the birds sing and the deer walk by. It’s super close to downtown Grass Valley. We highly recommend.

Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and more. Loved having access to a washer and dryer as we stayed 2 weeks. The home felt very private. The host was extremely quick to respond to any needs or questions. My husband loved the design and decorating! We definitely will stay again!

Cute cottage with everything you could need. Private and quiet in nature yet very close to town. I appreciated that Deanna was flexible with the check in time as I got to town earlier than expected. I highly recommend!

This location was prefect close to the stores and everything you possible need. The space was cozy and warm with the fireplace and hot tub was nice. Alex was friendly and communicated well. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Matt’s cabin was nothing short of magical — a true core memory for our family. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The location is absolutely perfect — we were able to hike right from the front door to a beautiful trail Matt recommended in his check-in book, and even swam in the nearby river. Back at the cabin, we made the most of the wonderful amenities. My kids had a blast riding Matt’s family’s bikes up and down the quiet street, and we ended each day grilling rib eyes on the deck while taking in the stunning mountain view. Mornings were spent sipping coffee on that same deck: peaceful, cozy, and unforgettable. Inside, the thoughtful touches continued. My kids discovered the convenient desk tucked away in the master closet and used it to draw pictures of our trip and work on puzzles from the charming green cabin downstairs. Every little detail made the stay feel special and comfortable. Matt was a gracious and communicative host, highly recommend

Was looking for a peaceful getaway to recharge and spend time with our furry friend. Tod’s place is a literal treehouse, but with modern amenities, and did not disappoint. Tod was very helpful in making sure we understood how some of the systems of the house worked upon our arrival. This place makes a great base of operations for the numerous outdoor activities surrounding the area. Will definitely be back!

This place is so comfy clean and we will be coming back. I wasn't a fan of the hot tub in view of the camera but other than that what a spunky clean confortable place to stay. Thank you Keith.

Wonderful value in great location in the woods. Lean and friendly with some games and a hot tub. Ten min walk to the beach. Adorable cabin with everything you need! Loved that we didn’t have to run around for supplies as soon as we got there. Great layout and comfortable beds. Would be nice to have local recommendations for things to do and a couple of extra blankets for the couch. Great host with fast communication. Thanks for letting us use your home. What a wonderful Place! Because we made a wrong-day booking at "The Davies Family Inn at Shadowridge Ranch" nearby, Linda Davies called her friend Gordon if he can help us out with this beautiful small house. The small white House is very beautiful, has a huge garden behind and all amenities you want. The Rainshower is awesome, Kitchen with everything, x Remote-Controls for TV, DVD, AC, Fireplace, Lights etc. THX Gordon!
