2 steps from the market, train station & 3 steps from the sea! Charming cottage, quiet via a green path. Open plan kitchen/living room overlooking 10 m2 southwest-facing terrace. Ground floor: bedroom (160), bathroom with toilet. In the attic, bedroom with 2 single beds, preferred for children/teens but can be joined together. Atypical place where the living is good and well-equipped (Nespresso coffee machine, plancha, Bluetooth speaker...). From 3 nights, cleaning fee & linen included. Otherwise, €25 per bed.

Beach 5 min walk, quality renovation

The location of the house is ideal for doing everything on foot: 5 min from the beach, 2 min from the market, and 15 from the train station if necessary. Once your car is parked, it won't need to come out again. In the garden you will find an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach, as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Attachment points will allow you to secure your bikes. The interior renovation was tastefully carried out by our friend, an interior designer, in collaboration with Lisa.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Named the "nice house" in tribute to its previous tenant, this old farmhouse has been completely renovated and updated. It has an enclosed garden with terrace and 3 parking spaces. It can accommodate 6 people, has 3 bedrooms (one on the ground floor) all with shower room and private toilet. On the ground floor, the living room and kitchen open onto the garden.

We invite you to spend a vacation in La Baule in a typical Bauloise villa just steps from Benoit beach. Our family home dates back to the 1930s and can accommodate 6 people. You will find all the necessary shops and markets 200 m from the villa and in a typical seaside atmosphere, at the port of Pouliguen.
