Opposite the residence is: La Barbette Park (with children's games, mini golf, restaurants), bus stop, shuttles and bike paths. Parking 50 m away

This is an independent studio (within a newly finished house) with its own access to the street and cut from the rest of the house. There is a queen size bed, a bathroom & toilet Coffee & Hot water maker. There is a few restaurants (for all price range) near by No bikes provided but there is the possibility to rent them near by. Please note that: Pets are not allowed There is a TV but Internet is still under installation There is no Kitchen in the studio.
