The apartment is completely refurbished with very cozy decor. The furniture is also new. The sofa bed is a great permanent bed. The bed and mattress are of excellent quality. Guests can take advantage of the terrace for lunch or eat on the go in the kitchen. The apartment is wonderfully located, at the foot of a pedestrian square that leads to the Ermitage lagoon. Supermarket, bakery, ice cream parlors and shops are a stone's throw away. An ideal setting.

The Residence Nauticlub is on the front line facing the lagoon of the Hermitage, the most beautiful beach on the island. You'll appreciate my place for the location and ambiance. It is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children).

In the neighborhood, you can walk to restaurants, shops or the Ermitage market. It is perfect for 1 or 2 people.

The studio is peaceful and sunny, and includes : - AIR CONDITIONING, - PRIVATE KITCHEN, - INDIVIDUAL TERRACE, - BATHROOM & TOILETS, - SECURED GARAGE and - access to the SWIMMING POOL of the house. As the T2 is attached to the family’ house, since the children left home, my husband and I will be very happy to welcome you.
