The 19 m2 bungalow is surrounded by a small tropical garden that is completely private and fenced. It is air-conditioned and equipped with a double bed (140 cm), separated by a door from the shower room/WC. Outdoor kitchen of 10 m2 equipped with terrace for the exclusive use of the tenant.

The apartment is completely refurbished with very cozy decor. The furniture is also new. The sofa bed is a great permanent bed. The bed and mattress are of excellent quality. Guests can take advantage of the terrace for lunch or eat on the go in the kitchen. The apartment is wonderfully located, at the foot of a pedestrian square that leads to the Ermitage lagoon. Supermarket, bakery, ice cream parlors and shops are a stone's throw away. An ideal setting.

Its terrace and 3 sliding panels allow you to modulate the space as you wish. You'll especially love the outdoor shower when you come back from the beach. In the neighborhood, you can walk to restaurants, shops or the Ermitage market. It is perfect for 1 or 2 people.

The accommodation is located in La Saline (350 m above sea level) in a quiet area, between the sea and the mountains, close to all shops. Less than 15 minutes (by car) away are the lagoons and all activities, diving, paragliding, golf, museum. For hikes, this is a good place to start towards Maïdo, Mafate, the Saint Gilles ravine basins... The Tamarins expressway is 5 minutes away, to go to Cilaos, Salazie or the volcano.
