Commerces à 2kms, à proximité de Pont-Aven (cité des peintres), Concarneau (ville close) ou encore Lorient (cité de la voile). Non fumeur, pas d'animaux, accès par escaliers. Vacation home in Moelan-sur-Mer

Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows provide access to the terrace and small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, not overlooked, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the gîte. The gîte is ideally designed for 2 people, but can accommodate a maximum of 4. The accommodation is located in the village of Clec'h Burtul in Kerfany-les-Pins. You will find peace and serenity here. The accommodation is well insulated for better thermal comfort in summer.
