Another shower with WC. Free WIFI connection, TV, DVD player, video games, CD/radio player, bluetooth speaker. First floor, under mansardroof : 2 bedrooms (double beds 160 cm and 140 cm), mezzanine with 1 sofa-bed (140x200), bathroom with tub and toilet (suitable for children but just know an adult cannot stand in the bathtub). Spacious bedroom storages. Supply of baby kit (cot with mattress latex, potty, changing mat, bottle warmer, baby monitor, high chair, table chair, children's tableware, safety swimming belt for pool). Supply of bed linen and towels included. Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. Light-flooded, renovated guest house on a 700sqm plot close to the center and the beach. Two separate entrances. We live on the same property in the house opposite and are happy to share our garden. Everything within 20 minutes walking distance. Cycle path and pine forest only a few minutes away. Garden with toys for the little guests. Tennis court, mini golf, skate park, playgrounds and the most famous surf spots in France are nearby. Rated 3 stars,not accessible for people with disabilities.
