Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows give access to the terrace and the small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the porch. We live in the adjoining house, without a neighbor opposite, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the cottage. Let yourself be charmed by the warm atmosphere and breathtaking sea views. The living room with its Yamaha piano and modern kitchen opens onto bay windows offering panoramic sea views. Upstairs are three beautiful bedrooms, decorated with care. They share a communal bathroom. Toilets are available on each floor. An overhead projector is available for use. The garden provides direct access to the GR 34 hiking trail. Laundry area. Private parking. Beautiful view of the island of Groix.

Nature and Sea Apartment.

This 6-person accommodation has 2 bedrooms as well as a sofa bed in the living room. The accommodation is attached to our house but independent, with the least possible overlooking, thanks to the layout and vegetation. Large bay windows offer stunning views of nature with the sea in the background. We are located 600 m from Trenez beach, within walking distance, from where you can reach the GR34 coastal path. A convenience store is 1.5 km away, the village of Moelan is 6 km away.

Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Cosy Gîte - The beach and the GR34 on foot

Our gîte "Les Mouettes Qui Caquètent" (The Cackling Seagulls) is located near Kerfany beach and the GR34 coastal path. We welcome you year-round. You can book for a weekend, a short stay, or longer. The gîte is ideally designed for 2 people, but can accommodate a maximum of 4. The accommodation is located in the village of Clec'h Burtul in Kerfany-les-Pins. You will find peace and serenity here. The accommodation is well insulated for better thermal comfort in summer.

Quiet and sweetness of life, this is what you will find in our charming pentys dating from 1610, just renovated with traditional quality materials. Bright and offering beautiful volumes, this house is located close to the most beautiful coves of Moëlan-sur-Mer, including that of Kerfany at the mouth of the Bélon and that of Trénez facing the Île Perçée. Hikers will appreciate the passage of the customs trail (GR34) 400 m from the house through the moor.

Enjoy a pleasant stay with us between the countryside and the sea. The listing is located on the first floor of a house, with private access by an external staircase. It is dual-aspect with openings to the north, east and south. The ground floor is a garage, so you're the only tenants in the house. The accommodation is on the road between Moelan-sur-Mer and Kerfany, in a property where you will share the yard and part of the garden with us.

Ideally located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet, protected area, this bright single-story house has two bedrooms with walk-in closets, a large bathroom with bathtub and shower and separate toilets. Very large garden and south-facing wooden terrace with barbecue inviting relaxation and pleasant meals with family or friends. Close to beautiful sandy beaches and small wild coves. For July and August, weekly rentals are preferred.
