Très bien situé, idéal pour balades à pieds et à vélos (piste cyclable au pied), proche du bourg de Saint-Trojan et du centre de thalassothérapie. Il est composé d'une cuisine tout équipée, d'un lave-linge, une télévision, wifi... Il possède une chambre avec un lit (140) et un canapé convertible (140) dans le séjour.
