Located in a residence 5 minutes from the center of Saint-Gilles and 2 minutes from Boucan Canot, the apartment of about 60 m2, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, 2 toilets, equipped kitchen, plenty of storage was completely renovated in June 2019 and the layout and equipment are new. Wi-Fi, TV, Air Conditioning Close to a supermarket and shops, all within walking distance in less than 5 minutes. Access to Grand-Fond beach within 200 m. 5-minute drive to the Tamarins road to discover the Intense Island.
