This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was absolutely lovely. I am so happy with my stay. A couple of cautions- the walk to the private entrance may be difficult for mobility impaired individuals and the wifi was spotty. Honestly nothing worth lowering the review tho! The pool was perfect, the sauna was lovely, and we made ourselves right at home ☺️

Loved the house and all of the amenities! We watched a Thunder game in the theater room, played games in the game room and relaxed in the cigar room…and that was just indoors! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! It was a great trip and the house was perfect! Thank you for hosting us!

Loved this home! Pictures don’t do it justice. It is SO homey. The master bedroom bed is super comfortable. The kitchen is basically stocked 100%. The porch, deck, and patio have tons of furniture so you can stay cozy outside! Pool wasn’t opened yet, but it is huge with a diving board! Great communication from owners. You can tell they genuinely care about this home.

Martha’s place was absolutely beautiful and just the perfect size for our group! We had no issues and is easy to find/access! Martha was also very responsive and made sure we got in and settled! Loved that she checked in on us throughout our stay!

I really enjoyed our time in Lenexa! This house was in the perfect location and was clean and spacious!! My dogs enjoyed the backyard, and the pool was amazing for the hot days! Thank you again for sharing this amazing property!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place. It was very clean, roomy and well appointed. The pool setup was great for all including the grandkids. Beds were comfortable and all splet well in a quit location. Will definitely look to stay again during our next KC trip

So much to do in this house and so spacious! It’s decorated so cute and kept very clean, we could tell the cleaners had just been there! Zach was very responsive and the instructions were easy to understand and follow. This house is set up to keep the stress away and enjoy all the amenities!

The place was perfect for our family of 5. We had an unfortunate experience at another Air Bnb where the hot water wasn’t working, and had to find another place to stay for the remainder of the trip. Rob was very helpful through everything and was able to get us in promptly. The house is lovely and lives up to its name of the “Bird House.” We would definitely stay again.

Lovely house and neighborhood that was perfect for the children and I. We traveled for a family funeral and my siblings also came by to tell stories while sitting in the back garden. My siblings were also impressed with the house and surrounding area. The house was 15 minutes from Kansas City International, but you don't hear aircraft landing or taking off. We didn't have time to visit museums or other local sites.

This was a really nice cool place to stay access to a little town that had a cool antique store. Also easy to get to Kansas City for shopping and restaurants. Nice place to stay.

I’m so grateful to have found Brian’s place. It was perfect for the time we needed it. The garage was great for laying out all our suitcases for our upcoming overseas move. The bouncy castle was perfect for using to celebrate our toddler’s birthday. The house had everything you could need and more. Any time we thought of something we needed, Brian had it already- such a relief! We appreciated the master bedroom shower, water pressure was much better than at our house. Next time we will bring our own blackout curtains though. Brain was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Even though it rained the day before he made sure to put the bounce house out at the right time for our party. We even accidentally left behind a teddy bear and Brian mailed it to us! Our dogs enjoyed the back yard and our parents also were able to stay with us instead of having to all stay in a different hotel. So convenient! Overall, I’m grateful to have found Brian’s place.

The house is a beautiful home, and was in the perfect location for what we needed, and walking distance to local places to eat and cute shops to explore.

Rob’s place was perfect for a long weekend for our daughter’s wedding at Weston Red Barn. 10 short mins to Red Barn, it’s an ideal location. Easy on/off highways but still tucked back in a private quaint neighborhood that is very quiet & relaxing. Photos matched the house and was very clean and well kept. Plenty of space to spread out, esp with the big basement. Great xl screened in back porch, perfect place for morning coffee. All the basics included, spices, coffee filters, utensils, dishes, cookware, etc. nice kitchen and dining room. Beds were very comfortable. The AC works great which was good because it was in the 90s when we were there so the house was comfortable. The basement did get a little cool but it’s a well insulated basement and the AC was cranked so nothing a couple of blankets couldn’t solve, there were extra blankets in every room. Rob provided some of the best, most responsive service we’ve ever had from an Airbnb host! Highly recommended.

We were in town with family for a wedding, and Savannah’s place was perfect for our family! It was roomier than anticipated, was exceptionally clean, and was very nicely decorated. It was very homey! Savannah communicated well and was a very responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!

House is in a great location, well stocked, plenty of space, and kid friendly. We had a great stay!

If you have a bigger vehicle your best option is parking out front, personally. I wouldn’t stay here long term just given the layout of everything - two bathrooms right next to each other, no real door separating the two rooms, and the neighbors’ driveway is literally right next to the kitchen window. But one of the bathrooms is so spacious and the host is very responsive. It was very clean, as well.

Had a great time in Parkville and the surrounding area. The Orange Door House is within easy walking distance of downtown with several coffee shops. It is also within walking distance of English Landing Park which is a wonderful place for walking and/or biking. We like staying here and will stay again when we return.

Really nice Airbnb, everything was as described and very clean. A great place to relax after a long day and only a few minutes from the airport. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a las minute trip and Rob was a great host, excellent communication, very kind , and extremely helpful. The house is very comfortable with everything we needed and more. The neighborhood is beautiful, very peaceful, and close to everythingyou need. Thank you again!

Great value. Clean and comfortable. I was surprised that there was minimal air traffic noise being so close to the airport. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
