The place was exactly as depicted in the pictures and the Host was very reliable and easy to communicate with. It was a great place to stay for New Year’s holidays.

Maria Ysabel and Carlos are very attentive and helpful. They gave clear instructions, flexible with check-in and check-out. The house is impeccable, linen towels. Nearby restaurants, markets and mall.

It's a very safe area, Reyna and Mr. Walter were very kind, they were always on top of everything. All areas of the house are very tidy with a pleasant smell. I felt at home, I went to celebrate my birthday and they even left me a nice gift.

We stayed at Rodrigo's house for a week, with two adults and one dog, aiming to get some time away from Lima while working remotely. Though the WiFi wasn't reliable for work, our own Starlink terminal worked great. The house was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the AC and little creature comforts, including a BBQ we frequently used. Our dog loved the large yard, and the pool was refreshing. We only left the property once for lunch, as there wasn't much within walking distance. We requested additional cleaning and some cooking mid-week, and Edith came to help with both, which we appreciated. One concern was the surveillance cameras inside the house. Though the host assured us they were off, it felt less private. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Rodrigo's house, relaxing and making the most of the house, pool, and yard.

Very peaceful, we had a lovely family time away from the sound of the seaside, with an amazing view, can be a little difficult to access and away from the beach. But it gave us peace of mind

Really, Carlos was a great host. He helped us with all our doubts even before we arrived at the house, and on receiving us he showed us the whole place with a lot of patience. The place is very beautiful and in an ideal location - neither very close nor far from the beach, restaurants and shops in the area. I have been delighted with the house and hope to be able to book it again in the future.

The house is more than beautiful, it is located in the tranquility of the countryside, it lives up to its name EL ENSUEÑO, it is equipped to live many experiences within it, super spacious and complete. Mr. Hernán is a wonderful person, very kind, attentive, and very cordial. It is the ideal house if you want to enjoy nature without leaving the benefits of the city, everything is very close and they even bring it to the house if you do not want to go out. My experience was excellent. The place not only met, but exceeded my expectations: very quiet, with all the necessary amenities and an incredible view of the sea. Ideal for resting, relaxing and disconnecting from the daily pace. In addition, the host was super friendly and attentive at all times, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We stayed at this house for my mom and cousin's birthday, and it was an excellent experience! The house is nicer than the photos, modern, safe and well distributed. It has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor, 2 rooms with bathroom on the third floor and one more with bathroom on the terrace. All spacious, comfortable and with extra mattress. The equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and balcony with greenery are on the second floor. In addition, it has a laundry area, umbrella, and a clean pool. The area is safe, 5 minutes from Playa Norte, close to the Garden Peach hotel, park and restaurants. Pepe and Mónica were friendly, responded quickly and were flexible with check-in and check-out. I recommend it and would be happy to come back!

We had an excellent stay! Both Karen and Elizabeth were friendly and attentive. The view from the apartment was beautiful. We loved sitting outside and listening to the waves. The apartment had everything we needed to relax, cook meals, and enjoy the beach. We would definitely stay again!

This is a must to anyone visiting San Bartolo. Location is great close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Unit was great, very nice, amazing view, great for families spending their vacation. The host was great really helpful and responsive. I highly recommend it!

The airbnb is clean and just like the photos. It has all the necessary menajeses and appliances to prepare anything. Its ocean view is beautiful. The lugar is quiet, quiet and close to several restaurants, supermarkets and known nightclubs. It's a good place to relax and unwind alone or with your family or couple.

Milagros is a very good host, she answered me very quickly and I was super attentive to all my inquiries! He saved us from a hurry, because we had booked another airbnb that canceled us at the last minute, and for that reason he even gave us the option to check out later! The apartment is a duplex, with 3 large rooms and 4 bathrooms, a grill area and an open kitchen and living room, and also has parking inside the building. It is one block from the vehicular downhill to the Pulpos beach, and there are several minimarkets and resaturants nearby. Excellent location.

Everything excellent !! from the place so cozy and above all it is a different experience especially for my daughters who loved the place ,everything is close from the beach to the boulevard.
