This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. The exterior of the property is situated in a slightly elevated position which results in sea views from the terrace. Family discount available.

Cozy modern studio in the center of Las Americas with ocean views. 5 minutes from the beach. Nearby there are bars, restaurants, a park, a fruit and vegetable store Frutería Los Agaves. Across the road is the Siam Park water park and a larger supermarket Siam Mall. Bus stop is 3 minutes walk away. There is free parking on site. Swimming pool with sun loungers. For a comfortable stay of 2 adults and 1 child. If the Airbnb does not specify a cleaning fee, then upon check-in, payment of 50 euros.

Lovely Ocean View Studio

Cozy and confortable studio located at few metres from the beach and markets. Very quiet and equipped with everything. The residence has a big swimming pool and a relaxing area where you can enjoy your holiday. Shops and restaurants are in a walking distance, and if you are finding the night life in less then 5 minutes there are a lot of clubs in Las Veronicas. The bus station is at 1 minute from the studio, so you can reach every destination in the island even without a car.
