Total living space of 120 m2, providing space up to 6 guests, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large dining/living area, a south-west facing terrace with lateral sea view/sunset and a patio on the ground level. The vacation house is also very well suitable for families with small kids. In a few minutes you can reach the small sandy beach and the bath terrace of Alcalá. The plaza with restaurants, supermarket is only 5 minutes away.

You will enjoy the island from a quiet and calm site nearly just some meters from a wild beach. It's an avant garde architecture (2006) house with a community pool only for 18 houses. Although it's very near TFS airport you will NOT hear the noises, due to is in parallel to the airstrip. The patio downstairs with access from the rooms will make you enjoy and rest. There is a parking place and 2 bikes you can ride for excursions around the area.
