Come and enjoy the sun in this beautiful apartment, located 500m from the Playa de las Vistas with a heated pool, garage space included and two spacious terraces, one facing east for morning light and the other facing west to enjoy the sunset. All in a quiet complex, very well located with supermarkets, restaurants and the beach within a 5-minute walk. Important: The house is all on one floor, but it's on the third floor without an elevator. 🙂
